My Dear Children,
The Holiday season rushes around you and you prepare for the exchange of gifts with loved ones. Do you really know what you give to another? Christmas and all celebrations of this time of year bring focus to a gift. What is this gift we share with family and friends? Is it expensive gifts and toys? No. When one feels the family near and the smile of children we begin to know the true gift of these holidays. No matter how you celebrate this time of year, this feeling of life and togetherness with each other is the true gift we share. Today I'd like to share with you a way to put more into what you give another. Cause love will be the best gift and means more then any trinket you could ever find.
How do you place love into a gift? First remember no object truly holds love. Love comes from the heart, your world, and source. We can however place loving intentions of love and good health into gifts we give. Simple hand made items can be lovingly made with what you have at home. Recipes from your Grandma can be made and shared with neighbors and friends. A smile to a passing stranger can be the best gift you give all season. An extra favor to an elderly neighbor to bring them joy. But best of all, your time with another can be a wonderful gift. Love is found in our actions, not the items bought to give.
When you do shop for those you love, let your heart do the choosing. It is the simple gifts that touch another. Look at each item and put your love and hope into it before you wrap it away. When time is spent in love, love becomes your life. Put meaning into what and how you give. Let your ego and position in family and society stay at home. To practice unconditional gifting try giving an anonymous gift to a neighbor. Or try the giving trees for families in need. This way all ego and pride is put aside for a gift of love. The joy of giving a gift with no expectations of return will set your own heart free to receive all that the universe has to offer.
Give yourself the gift of Love this Holiday. Let your actions be spent in love.
For the best gift you have all given me is allowing my love and hope to fill your lives.
I give you all my love dear ones.

My dear children, today it is my pleasure to share with you the torches in life we carry for all to see. We all become champions to causes in our life, for it is the passion of change we carry that changes the planet. The true power comes in recognizing what torches you carry now and how you can hold it high to change the world around you.
What is a torch of passion? A torch, or passion, is something that you put value and time into. We are made of our passions and these passions are what we lovingly share with others. We can be passionate about our children and how they are taught in school. We can be passionate about how our government works for the people and how they could service their region better. From free speak to artistic expression we all have passions that we love and believe that all can share. Because we all have a different soul and different passions we all can hold a torch about some aspect of life. Free speech is a wonderful example of a passion among humans to share thoughts without fear of being prosecuted . Some feel so passionate about their right to express their thoughts they will fight. It is this torch that ignites others to join in and soon the whole of society changes. From passion to action this flow comes from the heart.
What are you passionate about? What torches do you carry? When we find our voice within our passions we create a new world around us. Look closely at the things you get involved. Torches can be the misery of your life or the joys. It is you that chooses how to direct your passions. Let's take the example of children and how they are taught in school. Because of the passion you have for their education you have involved yourself in after school activities and helping with homework. But still the way of teaching provided needs to be more understanding for the children's needs. Your torch is lit and you volunteer at school in learning programs and become so passionate you learn how to teach yourself. From your passion and example the way of education is changed. When we carry this torch we are each given the opportunity to create change through our actions.
We each carry a different torch and recognizing that each of us are different can help love another through the passion. Often what you are passionate about will not be an interest to others around you. As you hold your torch high, but not in the light of righteousness, others will come to your aid. Coming from passion and heart center, you can change the world around you. Your heart center has no need to be 'right' but only to share your love.
I hope each of you can find the torches you carry and ignite the world around you. Look to your Lady of Liberty who shows each of you
your passion of Freedom and Liberty.

Today my dear children I'd like to talk about procrastination. With such chaos in your world why is the most simplest decisions so difficult to make? Many of you spend so much energy and time in worry that your one question becomes a battle. Let us work together to bring the spinning thoughts to a halt and illuminate your answer.
To find our answer we must first look to why we fight so much to begin. Often it's the worry of failure that prevents us from starting a project. How can you begin if you already believe you've failed? Does a seed worry about having enough fruit for the harvest? No. It just concerns it self with the task at hand of growing. So shall you begin your task and let life unfold, as it needs to be. Just as this seed, you have steps to complete this task. First as a seed you let your ideas grow and take form. You then begin taking root, making the connections, decisions, and foundations for the growth ahead. And then finally, with you first leaf, you make the commitment to grow. From an idea to manifestation this process continues in your life. When you are stuck, just remember the steps it takes to grow this seed. Even a tree begins as a seed.
Another form of procrastination is when facing another with a question. Our minds spin as we ask ourselves why, how, and wonder when is the best time. In reality it is the waiting we use to avoid the responsibility. There is no special day or time to confront our worries. Now will always be the best time. What chaos we would have if we waited to breathe. How much time each day we'd have to remember to fill our lungs. That is why the body controls this function so we can breathe freely. Ask yourself why you avoid asking this person. Are you afraid of judgement? Responsibility if this action? Does this question or action come from a place of sincerity? You cannot control the outcome of another. You can however be truthful to yourself and live in your honesty. No matter what the outcome, being truthful to self and standing in your own integrity is very important. From each decision comes trust in self and direction in life.
I would like each of you this week to find a part of yourself you procrastinate on. Is it a new project, job, or friendship? Or do you need to confront a boss, friend,
or family member on a concern you have. Write about why you hesitate than take the necessary steps to complete this task. Just as the seed grows,
so shall you grow past your worry into the light of clarity. I promise your worry of life will transform to knowing of the heart.

My beloved children, as your season and weather change from summer to fall we are reminded to look at what seeds we keep for next year's harvest. The days now grow long and we find comfort in are homes and hearts. It is during this time we nurture these seeds to grow in spring. What have you grown in these last months? What do you seed your heart with? Let us look together in your hearts to find the love that will provide the greatest harvest.
So often I have ask you to look into your hearts, to know what desires you keep there. It is from your heart these desires manifest into your life. You all have the power to manifest what you desire. When your awareness is connected to your heart and you allow life to unfold, this is when manifesting can begin. You choose what seeds of your life you want to create and continue.
Discover your seeds by connecting to your heart. It is this small voice of your heart that reveals your desires. Find quiet and peace to listen to this voice, so it can be heard. Look at your life for what grows now and could be repeated next season. If abundance is needed in your seeds review how Spirit has provided this whole year. It is in your gratitude that abundance springs forward tomorrow.
Seeds can take all forms. Some seeds may be hopes and desires of days to come. Emotions can take the form of seeds with grief and joy to be played out. All of these seeds lay a wait within your heart to be grown and manifested into life. Just as a seed will wait for the warmth of spring so too will your desires germinate when time is right. It is this time of rest that your love can help make your life full and fruitful. It is our love that makes these seeds grow quick and strong. In loving self and tending to our hearts we can manifest our gardens.
Eden never left you my children. It is in every heart, every smile, and every creature. For when you look into your heart you see the gardens, the joy
and your connection to God.

My dear children, today we continue our lesson from last month with becoming fascinated by other people around us. Just as when we control other's lives we stop our own life, we can repeat this with wanting to become another. No matter how we believe placing our intentions in ours can be helpful or gratifying it will always stop our own path in life.
There are two things to consider when looking at how one becomes fascinated. First you can admire another. Like a mentor, teacher, athlete, or hero. You may want to aspire to achieve to be like them. When we get fascinated though we disregard our own lives because we feel less then. This life of another becomes an addiction, something so much better then our own. Second a Hero or Teacher helps inspire us to reach for higher goals. Someone we are fascinated with are only being themselves. We can not become them, but learn how to achieve this in ourselves. Again our attention must be focused on our own hearts.
To recognize the fascination is the first step. Now question yourself why you do not want to live your own life? What about this life do you want? How do you prevent this in your own daily living? Are you worthy of your own love and attention? Why not? Each person lives an unique life. With this life is carried it's own lessons, tests, and responsibilities. Often it is what we want to see, the joy, and happiness in others that we focus on. This justifies our pain and unworthiness in self and keeps us from loving who we are in the present. Understand no matter how close you try to become another you will still do it in your own way.
Become fascinated in your own life! Turn this fascination to a goal within yourself. Discover what you'd like to change within your daily routine.
Let others be themselves. Each of us will walk our own path. We will finish at different times, in different ways, and all of us will be prefect.

My beloved children, today we will look at how we control others and how this stops our own lives. Your phrase "the grass is always greener on the other side" is a great example of how you turn your heart and attention away from your own direction. When we live from our own heart we then can truly love and act in the world around us.
Let's first look at the examples of how we control others. Control can take many forms, but the key is to ask yourself. Who does this serve? Is this for the higher good?' Often our helpfulness to others is a disguise for the control we like to place on them. We often exercise this habit when we try to 'fix' a problem for a friend or loved one. We can also change their emotions to better suit our own. Again 'cheering up' a friend although they may need to experience this emotion to learn. Another example is when we spin in anger over another's actions. Our power and attention is directed toward another instead of learning from the experience and letting go. We can control ourselves to be what we think others want and change others to fit our perceptions. These are just a few ways we control our world.
When we find ourselves controlling another, we can step back and allow God to show us His plan. Let's look at the example of spinning in another's actions. This can be a neighbor you are jealous of, or a co-worker actions that annoys you. Each time you are confronted with this person all your thoughts are consumed by what they will do next. You find yourself preparing for a battle and now you've stopped your own work to watch them. You are now allowing yourself to be controlled by these emotions and actions. First my loves ask yourself does 'Does this way of thinking serve me? Look at why this action of another bothers you so much. Why am I jealous? Am I not allowing myself to be loved for my way of expression? Is there a lesson of myself to learn? Now let this spinning in your heart leave. Remembering we each take our own actions.
Bring your attention to your heart center. It is in this place clarity of all experiences can be learned and understood.
We can call back our power from those we control and those that control us. Now we can see God's plan in our lives and how He has a unique way for each of us.
In this state we find the grass really is the same on both sides.

My beloved children, today is a wonderful day to sing out your desires. It is through our voice that we communicate our deepest feelings, darkest fears, and wildest dreams. So it is the voice I'd like to bring to our attention. How do you use your voice? What is your tone you use to express your needs? Are you listening to what you say to others? Are you not voicing your feelings? These are a few questions to ask yourself as you come to love your song.
The human voice is a diverse instrument which can be used to sing, mimic, express, or laugh. As the eyes are often thought of the windows of the soul so is the voice in showing us the true feelings. Our thoughts, when expressed through the voice, may take on a different tone or feeling. The delivery of our thoughts to another is just as important as the information. We can also lash out in anger to judge another with the one thing we must face in ourselves. With the same instrument we can love or tear apart our relationships.
When we become more aware of our voices and how we use them, we can then be more heart centered in how we voice our desires. Next time when you voice a criticism to another apply that same voice to yourself. Is this something that you need to change within your self? Is this a thought that needs to have a voice? And when you ask of another, listen to how you voice this desire. Is this a heart centered desire? Or is there manipulation in your voice? As with any instrument there is a learning of how to better use this tool. It is the breathe that gives life to this voice, let this breathe be of the heart.
So in your daily communications with others take note of how you talk to others. Try to feel what you want to express and let the voice flow from your heart. Sing or talk out loud when making your prayers. Sing along to your favorite song. And if you discover that you often do not speak up to others, give yourself permission to use that beautiful voice to sing out your song. Each of you have a voice that can reach the heavens if you breathe deeply and listen.

My beloved children, on this day we will look at details. In any event within your life you have many parts that form a experience. Often times the mind gets overwhelmed by all the possible reactions and starts to spin your thoughts. The once simple task now becomes terrifying. The mind creates new possibilities that confuse you and keep you locked in fear. This process pulls us away from our heart centers and changes our actions into reactions. Often times our friends and co-workers tell us to 'step back' and 'see the whole picture'. It is this process that allows the mind to be quieted and the heart to expand and feel all the details that are involved. Now with a full expression you can choose the best decision and stop the endless spinning.
With last months work on manifesting you may have experienced some of your resistance. Having doubts to why your desires are not being answered? And why you feel not worthy in receiving these gifts? These are good examples of how your mind can begin to spin and keep you from allowing the gifts to be delivered. In any moment you begin to spin on "what if" you have the choice to step back. Details are just the components of a entire process. Just as a leaf is one part of a whole tree. Details allow us to break down the parts of the process to better understand the whole. This connecting of the parts then allows the mind to stop spinning and gives it structure in a more loving way.
Details are simple and interconnect the whole. Let us take the example of choosing a new job for yourself. The fear of changing jobs and finding a new place overwhelms the mind and it begins to spin. This then creates resistance to the whole idea of change and you dig in your feet at a job that does not serve you. When we look at the details of changing jobs, it takes away the fear and judgement of the process. This then allows us to look at just what we know and desire. Now we step back from the fear and write down why we want to leave this job. How is it serving you and how is it not serving you? You then begin to look at the details of the change. The process of how to find another job, resumes, networking, possible offers and then the new job. Detailing helps keep you focused on one step at a time. This simple process, one detail to the next, allows us to complete the change without sacrificing the whole of ourselves.
I would like each of you to notice the next time you begin to spin on a event or change within your life. Take the time to step back.
Write about the details of this fear, leaving the judgement aside. These details will then reveal the true fears that mask themselves
in spinning thoughts. Once you have allowed yourself to be heart centered you then can begin to take soul centered actions.
Allow yourself to be the whole expression of who you are. You are all the sum of your parts and prefect in your wholeness.

Hello my dear children. On this day I'd like to talk of how we manifest our desires in our world around us. Now more then ever has the desires of the heart played out in ones life so quickly. This need of fast manifestation is wondrous in each of your paths if you are conscious and focused with your desires. A prayer or desire from the heart is instantly placed in front of you. With pure intention one's energy is directed to the purpose one follows.
When we are in unconsciousness or resistance this slows the energy of manifesting. One must be in a place of trust to allow for change. It is just like a child who wants a broken toy fixed by the parent but unwilling to let go. So easily you request for change but unwilling to let it go to God so that it can be manifested. We are ever patient as you request again and again, but now we ask you all to let go and allow for whatever form we bring you this prayer in.
Manifesting has two parts: the giving of the intention (prayer) and the receiving of the energy (allowing). The prayer is a focusing and understanding in what you want to manifest. As I have talked about in last months meditation, it is allowing a time to become clear what are the desires of the heart. Once you become focused in your desire (change) you then give us this desire to manifest.
The second part of manifesting your desires is to receive and allow it to flow into your life. Once you have attended the feelings and desires of this shift you then let it flow from you into the universe. It is in this matter that manifesting occurs as energy is blended to produces this new experience. As these energy blend they form a new experience not exactly as you may have pictured it. Allowing to receive your manifestation moves the energy into your life quicker and without resistance.
I would like each of you to pick one thing in your life you'd like to change or manifest now. Be very focused in what you want.
Write exactly your desires and purpose for this change. You'll then pray for this change everyday in the morning with a few words and
then let it go to be played out within the day. Be observant but not forceful for this change. Do not be surprised if it is answered
within a days time. Above all please be patient with yourself if you reach a place of resistance as this exercise will help you to reveal fear.
And my beloveds have fun with your manifesting. Each of you hold the power of creation. It is now time to use it more effectively.
Until next time.

Insight begins inward and so we begin a new today with seeking this insight within. What is your hearts desire? What is this purpose to life you hold on to? What daily struggles seem to be overwhelming? These questions ride your mind like a tide wave and until you can quiet yourself to hear the answers they keep you in a sense of drowning. In your busy world this quiet space is so needed. A place of retreat. Within your mind, your home, your communtiy. To find your answers you must first allow yourself the freedom to explore these answers. Allow yourself the curiousity to seek them out. I ask you to make room in your busy schedule once a week to create a quiet time for just you. A time when you can explore your questions, your inner emotions, and those heart desires.
Please explore how and where this works for you. Some may find a community meditation group to join, others may find the solitude of nature, and others in a moving meditation while excerising. Please try several ways that feel right for you. In this space I'd like you to ask yourself what would you like to manifest in your life right now? What are you craving? What do you need to bring forth in your life? After you have done your mediaitation please write what has come to you. Do not judge this list. Thank yourself for starting this process and write as many things you'd like in your journal. After completeing your list ask yourself. How do you prevent these things from manifesting in your life? How do you support them? Why are you afraid of these things manifesting now? What steps can you start today to brings theses things forth?
Just like spring we are going to bring forth the new buds and the new flowers. So lets tend to our flower
beds to see what we are growing. Be gentle to yourselves as you explore these desires within.
Until next time my beloveds.
