My dear children, once again our year comes to an ending and we celebrate our year long journeys in Holiday feasts. Bright light trimmed trees, crisp winter air, snow covered hats, and fresh baked cookies. Holidays have also become excessive spending at crowded malls, indigestion from too much food, and for many depression. Have we lost our understanding of the Holidays? For many, yes. The winter months in times of old were a gathering of the family. When the weather prevented growing and tending of the fields, and their hearts turned instead to indoor crafts, storytelling, and most important family. With our present conveniences daily life is little bothered by weather or season, but still we hold onto our ritual gatherings of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Let us look past the present ‘traditional' gathering of these Holidays and instead invest our hearts into the true gatherings of friends and family these holidays still symbolize.
Why do we need to gather around our family? Winter has always been a time of remembrance. Nature takes this time for peace and stillness before blooming again in Spring. Humans to need time for stillness and peaceful connection. Family allows us to feel connected to more then just our daily struggles. Family being any people close to you that you connect on a heart level. We often have many layers of families around us. Our blood family that we were birthed into, our job family we work along side, and our friends and neighbors we meet often. Each of these groups we interact differently, but we are still part of this group and considered part of the whole. It is this feeling of needing to be part of the whole we find pulling in our hearts in the Holidays. It is the same feeling many feel when searching for their place here on Earth. To belong to something. In understanding our connection to not only our families, but to our global family we can find peace and wholeness.
We are all pieces of the whole. Our different families show us how we fit into this whole of life. Families illuminate our own struggles, strengths, and abilities. They help in that reflection we do during the darkness of winter. Families are what the Holidays are all about, no matter how you celebrate. In making a connection to someone you consider family this holiday, you allow yourself to be part of the whole of life. To be needed. The comfort, warmth, and good cheer of great company reminds us of why we all live together as a communal species. Why we need each other. Whomever you consider family, and however you create a place and time to celebrate; find time to love your family.
Embracing family is embracing your own heart with love. I embrace each of you as my family. Hand in hand we travel into this next year and new journey.
Let your heart shine and open yourself to feel not only the family you know, but the family that is in each of us.

My Dear Children today I'd like to continue are discussion on fear by looking at the act of releasing our fear. The act of releasing is essential part of growth and loving one's self. Without release there is no room for the new possibilities of life. We each manifest release in our own way, but the function is the same. When we are conscious of our fear and the release of this fear, we can in turn release with love and respect to ourselves. When we remain in the doorway of fear and resist the release we find our lives difficult, stressful, and for some illness. Let us look at how we each release the fear of our lives, so that we can fly free.
How do we release? The act of releasing is allowing one's self to be whole in the moment. Any experience in life can be described as catching a ball. You receive this ball, play with it, look at it in great detail, then when you are ready let it go. All experience, both good and bad, are released in the same way. Sometimes the process of letting the ball go is difficult. We wonder if we should, wonder where this ball of life could go next. It is difficult for us to see anything else that may come so we believe in holding onto this one ball of life. How can you receive another ball if your hands are already full? Let go. When you release your experiences they merge back into life creating a space within your life for more.
Each person can manifest release in their own unique way. Releasing experience is often felt on all levels of consciousness; mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Releasing within our minds can include the conclusion of worries, thoughts, and images we carry daily. It is the realization of allowing yourself to just be now that stops the mental spinning. Releasing in our bodies can be simple like urination, having the flu, or a headache. The human body is naturally designed to release what it does not need. When it is working in harmony we often take no notice. It is when we are at dis-ease we need to look at what we're fighting to hold onto and finally release. Emotional release can include mood swings and emotions towards people and events. In understands these emotions and allowing them to surface they can be released so we can move on. Within our spirit\heart we release core beliefs and limitations that no longer hold us. These are often the times in life of great transformation. When we take notice of how we release experience we can then work more consciously with the process from a place of love.
Releasing consciously means to be present at this moment to both let go of the old experience and receive the new experience.
When we release it is letting the Divine take it all from you so that all new experience will come. Releasing is trust.
Trust in both yourself and Life that more experience will come. Experiencing life my children is why you all came to this human body,
so release your fears, your worries, and old experiences. Life will always fill your heart when you open it for more.

My Dear Children, today I'd like to speak about fear. In your media, politics, and your daily thoughts I hear the need to abolish all fear, that fear is the silent killer. But how can you destroy something that is part of you? Fear is another part of being human, a tool, that is meant to help you to grow and explore in your world. However when fear is allowed to rule our thoughts and even our government it can cause great pain and confusion. Instead of waging a war on ourselves and our fear; let's understand how it serves us and embrace our fear. It is only by walking through our fear can we truly live and be one.
By understanding how fear serves you can let go of the fear. Each person has a structure to their lives. What they will and will not do. This structure and it's boundaries are different for each person allowing some to jump from an airplane and others to never fly. What keeps a person grounded from the plane is fear. In their structure of life flying is not something they are willing to try. These fears keep us safe within our set boundaries. These boundaries however can hurt us when we change the structure of our current lives and the fear does not serve us anymore. It is this resistance to change we feel and the fears we must let go to jump to our next level of awareness and growth.
Identify your fear by questioning your doubts. When we doubt ourselves we can piece together a map showing us all our fears around life. Some fears can be quite easy to see and even still serve us well. Others are subtle and take meditation and review of ourselves to see. Often it is a huge leap in growth that brings the most fear because of the large restructuring of our beliefs. By identifying each fear and understanding why we needed it in our lives we can continue to move forward. Fear is to be honored and dismissed, for it has done exactly what it was asked to do.
By loving the fear we can be open to new joy and abundance in our lives. We must let go of our fear lovingly for why struggle
needlessly against yourself? Try taking one fear of yourself today and sitting in meditation as you would a great teacher.
Discuss how and why it serves you. And if you are ready to let go of it's services, release it to the Divine.
All great explorers walk through their own fears to go into the unknown, as will each of you on this day. All my love to my beloved explorers.

My dear children, often I hear those of you who wonder who you are. With so much happening around you, you have lost your identity. Some turn from your true self out of spite or some fear of what you can become. Any time you turn from your true self life becomes unbalanced and a longing begins to reconnect. Let us then begin today by looking in a mirror and beholding the wonderful picture that is your soul. For each soul has many parts that make the whole, and it's the combination of all these parts that make a complete picture.
How do we loose ourselves? Any time we turn away from our own truth we loose sight of who we are. When we face our fears and release their hold we find our heart which allows for a glimpse of the whole picture of our design. Knowing your heart is so important. I often speak of the importance to stay heart centered daily. It is within your heart\soul center that you keep your identity. Many parts of yourself will change over time, but the core vibration of you always remains still. When we loose focus of this core vibration we get lost. We become confused, easily involved in others' lives, and frustrated by our own lack of balance. Some then choose to become another, taking on someone else's looks, talents, and patterns. No matter how hard one tries to become another, they are still themselves. We are lost, then we begin to look for ourselves.
The road we create to find ourselves can be as long as we choose. No matter how long and far you travel, what you seek is still within your own heart. When we try to see the truth about ourselves often the fear and doubt cloud the image. We can focus on what we choose. It is both light and shadow that works within a painting to give an object form. And it is both fear and love that tempers a human soul. Drawing your own picture of your soul helps you to see all the parts that make who you are in the world. Start by drawing or writing yourself in the middle of a piece of paper. Then write or draw all the things you love to do (garden, write, draw, etc.), abilities you succeed at (artist, athlete, student, teacher ) and duties (caretaker, wife, mother) that define you. To your picture add the word ‘fear'. Once you've completed your picture you can see within all these parts fear is only one part. This picture serves to show you who you are in this moment and will change as you grow and redefine who you are tomorrow.
I hope for each of you to paint your own picture of your soul to see all the colors that shine so bright. No matter how far we try to run from ourselves
our soul will remain bright and vibrant. Now in this place of heart centered love we make choices for ourselves, love both our light and shadow,
and know that we are truly special just the way we are.

My dear beloved children, today I'd like to talk about the power of being still and giving yourself rest. In a world filled with such a fast pace the ability to relax is needed more then ever. The mental and physical dis-ease occurring in your world is from the lack of respect to the body and mind. Let us begin with allowing one's self to relax and find the healing within.
Relaxation starts by doing nothing. Often when we slow down to sit and breathe we are still processing mentally. We collapse after a long day into our sofas and think about the 10 things yet to do before the end of the day. The work week moves into the weekend when we try to do as much as we can for fun or obligation. Somewhere in that chaos we try to relax. Vacations are few and far as we try to ‘save-up' for the big vacation or exciting adventure. Our time off from work becomes -work. Relaxation comes when we give ourselves permission to do nothing and not feel guilt from our decision.
We feel guilty for doing nothing because of our need of self accomplishment. We have put more value on the quantity of work we do; be it through our jobs or personal activities around the home. We push ourselves forward to experience life all at once. The pushing can only last so long before one falls. Often we do fall into illness and anxiety. We must unplug from our self critic and call for a time out. It is relaxation that brings new ideas, strength, and health to our bodies. Only by allowing guilt to leave and rest to begin will you find peace.
Doing nothing means to quiet the mind and the body. When we truly relax there is a peace that comes in our hearts. In that heart centered stillness our minds will follow. Worries leave, projects stand still, and our bodies sigh with relief. In just a few hours our bodies can mend, heal, and repair. Our emotions are calm and centered. Our minds can then be set with clarity to the task at hand.
Find your own way of doing nothing. Each of us have a way of relaxing. Be it in nature watching the sunset,
sitting with neighbors and sipping tea, taking a nap on a hot summer day, or reading a book in your favorite chair.
Take time today to do nothing, because tomorrow will wait for you.

My beloved children, today we'll continue looking at money and the treasures you collect. As you look around your home there is a collection of items that bring memories, feelings, and style. The treasures we collect through the years help remind us of special times and wonderful people. But why? Why does a teddy bear have more emotion attached then a vase or bookcase? Each treasure holds a special place in our hearts, because the feelings come from our hearts. None of these items by themselves matter, it is the feelings they invoke that make them important. Let us look at how we buy our treasures, so that we can find true gold and leave the junk behind.
First let us understand how we place emotions into items. When we look at an item we experience an emotion. For example a teddy bear which makes us feel warm and loved. It is not the item that caused this response but only reflected back what is in your heart. Teddy bears, blankets, warm chocolate chip cookies, and new socks can remind us of our childhood and the feeling of safety and comfort. These feelings of love and comfort are available daily for our service. But a feeling can often be forgotten in times of great pain. This is why a physical item we can touch or hold can be powerful, because it allows us to reconnect to that loving feeling. Any item can remind us of emotions and situations we have experienced. This is why ‘cleaning house' of unwanted items after ending a relationship allows ones heart to heal more fully. Know that emotional charged items reflect as a mirror what we want to see.
We can learn to recognize true treasure from junk when we admit where the emotions and feelings are coming from. Each time you feel drawn to a item in the store understand what emotion it is triggering in your heart. Do the warm socks make you feel warm and safe? Why do you need that emotion now? Is life chaotic and you need to find a loving balance within? Will these socks bring this emotion, or can you just take the time with self? When we can be honest with ourselves and the items we purchase, we can make realistic decisions and save a lot of money.
Some things we buy are needed, other things are just a luxury. When we live simply, we are simply living. We need less to be happy.
We find comfort in self and what each day can bring. Those items we chose to surround ourselves with bring us joy and tell anyone who
looks the story of our souls. Be sure the treasures around your house are from the heart. Let your old junk and worthless items be sold or donated.
So go hunting for buried treasure around your home today. What you find reflected in your heart is priceless.

My dear children, today I'd like to continue talking about tools humans use and how we abuse them. Money is another tool humans have assigned a value and use daily. Since long ago when shells were collected and traded among different peoples, there has always been a form of money. Money has no power over you. It is the fear of lose that consumes many and creates fear and anger toward money. We can even go so far as to fear and hate those with this money. Here again we have a simple tool created to help humanity which when given power and fear to rule over us, abuses us. Let us look at money and how we abuse ourselves in fear.
How do we assign value to an object? Does your family photos have value in your heart? And what of the pet who sits next to you? We assign value to things in our lives we love and do not want to loose. We would keep things forever if possible, but as children we learn our favor pet dies and our beloved toy breaks. We learn that although we have objects in our lives we value they are not always met to last forever. Some things are only to be with us for a short time. Why is it that we hold so tight onto money when it is never truly ours? All the money in your world is just a note, a paper, assigned a value by all. When you can appreciate money for it's simple function, then the fear of having and not having it can be brought to the light. Why not now reassign your values to yourself, your family, and your health? Money is just a tool to give and receive the things you need in society.
Money has no true value in the heart, but can be affected by the heart. Although living without money and it's in trappings may seem like an easier life, your society has put such value into this paper that this can be very difficult. To take the fear away from money, and for many of you the debt of owing another money, you must remember who and what you assign value. When we value our health and ask Spirit for the assistance to heal ourselves we gain those things needed. This can include the money to see the doctor which gives us the doctors expertise. If we are living out of fear and anger for self we will not receive this gift of money from Spirit. We will create from our heart what we need. If we feel worthy and abundant the money will come to us. If we feel unworthy and powerless we will create lose and pain.
To truly feel abundant with our lives and the money we use we must be truthful to our selves.
We use this money to buy what we have placed value in. We value a warm home and quick automobile,
so paying the money for these items is needed. It is when we abuse this needing of things to amuse us we find
we over spend and cause ourselves debt. When we keep our values heart centered to enrich our spirits and mind,
many items we buy feel worthless. So before you spend the cash feel with your heart and know that thing you'll buy
is valued by your heart and not just something you must have.

My dear children, today I'd like to look at our addiction to time. Just like many of your tools you have created to help in your world; time has become a master of your lives. Time has it's function and special importance, but let us learn to use it as a tool rather then letting it run our lives.
How do you use time everyday? We wake at a special time, our days are divided into breaks determined by time, and appointments set by accepted time. Time helps us to keep organized. Without time our world would be chaotic as each person has there own need for things to happen. It is the same as your stop light; each person has agreed to stop at a red light and move at a green light. This conscious agreement among humans is what created time. A measurement to determine when something should happen. We all use this measurement to work together with others.
Addiction to time happens when this simple measurement begins to control everything we do. Each minute of every day is planned, which does not allow spontaneity. When we begin to schedule every moment of our lives we loose focus of the meaning of life. Life lives outside the restriction of timing and structure. Life, including people and events around us, happen when they're ready. When we try to force this timing it is met with strong resistance and even at times violence. Internally this same forcing of timing creates mistrust of self and fear when beginning new events in life. This tool now becomes a rigid structure that outlines every second.
To break free of time is started simply by not having a plan. Life has it's own timing, so give Life the watch to live your life by. Use the clock as the tool it was met for. Being responsible for the appointments and obligation you have, but in turn allowing the free time of life to fill the times between appointments. When we allow Spirit to fill our days and schedules we find ourselves filled with joy and abundance. Our prayers and desires often follow us til we allow these prayer to be fulfilled.
Start today by scheduling a free time with nothing planned. Leave your watch on the night stand on your day off and
enjoy the day as it wants to happen. Honor yourself by allowing breaks and not taking on so many time obligations.
And allow your own timing within to guide your decisions and daily movements. By trying any of these simple acts of kindness
to yourself you can break free of the structure of time and begin flowing with life.
Namaste' Mother Mary
My Blessed Children, today I'd like to speak about Life. Each day you awake, is this life you live a burden or blessing? Is each moment fading into the next? Do you still perceive the world as a child and rejoice at it's wonder? Each of you was given this life to live. It's time to stop watching your life and be involved in it.
To truly live your life you must desire to be part of it. Life can at times seem too complex and yet so simple. Life has it's own flow and timing. Combining pain and pleasure in a perfect dance. Each of you are part of this dance. Moving to the music, deciding on your tempo and rhythm. When we desire to be part of this dance, we are in harmony with the music. When we choose to fight life or become complacent we loose our music and unity. It is in desire we make choices and find enjoyment in life. We feel part of this uni-verse. This one song is sung through every living thing. Through every person you meet, every tree you touch, and countless stars you see at night. Each energy chooses to live life and take form in their unique way.
Life is full of experience. To believe you can live life without pain or challenge is still living life only half way. We have both pain and pleasure to experience both. We have fear to push us forward to make the changes we need in life. Each experience in life has purpose. At times you may not see the outcome, or understand why, but life continues to flow to the next moment. It is letting go of the control of life and to just enjoy it in that moment which helps us to live in the now.
To live life right now is to just allow yourself to hear the music and expect nothing. Life is a gift. Each day you awake you unwrap a new gift for that day. To breathe, to enjoy the comforts you have around you. The experiences you will par take that day, and grow from. When we can slow down to appreciate what we do each day, we can desire to be part of this moment. Become involved in your life and the choices that you make. Life will then become more vibrant and exciting. When you involve yourself with anything in your life, it becomes part of you. You expect nothing and just look forward to the next moment.
I would like each of you to awake tomorrow and thank yourself for this day of life. No matter what happens tomorrow, you are alive to live it.
Life is too precious to sleep through or fight it. Let us embrace life as a lover and dance into the music.
Namaste' Mother Mary
My beloveds, today I'd like to talk about the boundaries we all use in our daily lives. These boundaries protecting us from harm, hurtful words, and situations that would not serve us. These boundaries can also keep us from experiencing life, harm others with mistrust, and sabotage our goals. Learning where your boundaries fall can help you to feel protected and expand your life at the same time. As the raindrop falls into water and continually expands so do your lives and hearts.
Just like the raindrop you carry layers of boundaries around you. Each layer has propose and some extend quite far from your body. These boundaries are used to keep abusive people from your life, protect your feelings, protect your physical body from danger, and give yourself privacy. Knowing how these layers serve you and that they are set with your own intention helps us to navigate each day. When we encounter a hostile person at work that pushes us around and angers us we can set a boundary to that type of person and situation. Now this type of situation will not bother us and we can remain calm. We often set boundaries when we experience difficulty or desire a particular situation. Knowing what you requested often allows you to better tune your boundaries.
When we forget what boundaries we have created we can experience a block in our growth. Know your boundaries were created the day you where born. Pain and fear experienced in childhood can set boundaries still used today. For example a bad relationship with a loved one surrounding betrayal and trust can set a boundary with all relationships. Each new relationship has mistrust already inferred. When we desire change and continually encounter ourselves hiding in fear, or making the situation difficult we must see what boundaries we have set around this change.
Understanding our boundaries can change how we work in life. You have the power to create boundaries to protect yourself from harm and release boundaries that do not serve you anymore. Know that even the best boundaries of happiness will still let in life. When we need to experience a painful event or hostile person so that our lives can change they will enter our lives. This experience then allows us to better refine our boundaries. Anytime you have trouble with another, or a situation repeats in your life check what boundaries you have created around this. Release fear and the boundary that was created to protect you before and make a new one in your heart. Allow these new boundaries to allow for growth and expand in love.
Each of you are a raindrop upon life. Allowing yourself to expand and grow is natural.
Once set in motion a ripple carries through the water and so do each of your hearts with Divine.
Namaste' Mother Mary
My dear beloveds, Where do you feel the most comfortable? At home in your favorite chair, surrounded by family, alone walking along a beach, or maybe out with friends laughing about life? Why does these times of comfort seem so fleeting when we are in the middle of chaos? How can we re-connect with this comfort to bring humor and peace to even the most difficult of days? This comfort and peace you each seek is found not in the chair, nor among a crowd of friends. Inside each of you is a place of peace and comfort, which can be tapped into for love, support and rest.
The comfort I speak of today is a place within each of you which brings peace and balance. Often our perception of comfort is confused with the boundaries we have set within our lives. As we change, and life changes to serve us better, our boundaries can shift to allow for new experiences. This shifting of our boundaries can make us feel uncomfortable, vulnerable, excited, and anxious. These boundaries can give us a sense of comfort, but often trap us from our wholeness. In realizing these shifts in boundaries are needed we then can return to our hearts and the true comfort within our souls.
How will I know my true comfort? When we enter a place of peace and balance there is a sense of wholeness. This balance is felt when shared with self or others, but is radiated from within to the surroundings. It is the act of allowing ones self to be at rest. Comfort is unique to each person. This why one can be whole and rested at a sports event while another may need time alone within nature. Seeking your comfort is easy. It is those times that take away the stress of life. To find this comfort means you must allow yourself a time of comfort.
This place of comfort is carried within each of your hearts and can be visited daily to calm and refresh you. When one practices comfort within
their lives this space of rest and balance can be tapped into regularly. Even amongst the most painful events you can tap into your comfort to help calm down,
find clarity, and make a heart centered decision.
From this comfort place you hear our loving words of guidance, feel our loving healing, and find your connection to divine.
In whatever way you find this comfort visit it often. Make the time you need for comfort.
Namaste' Mother Mary
My dear children, as your Holidays come to a close and you turn your hearts to a new year, what do you see? As a society, you all place much energy and hope into this time of new beginnings. Desires are set and regrets forgiven as you focus on what the new year can bring to yourself and others. Your prayers and wishes are heard as you all hope for more money, loss of weight, and happiness. These prayers and desires are being answered at a speed never seen on your planet before. In such a time of manifested hopes it is important to remember the most important thing you can do for yourself. Ask for Gentleness.
Gentleness is often found in a loving mother's touch, helping of a sick friend, or the softness of nature around you. Yet do we see this same gentleness within our own lives? Can we have our blessings and desires answered in a gentle way? The answer is yes my loves. In your busy lives and in the busy world, there is a sense of rush from one thing to another. From fast food, to fast love everything has been speeded up to meet each person's needs. We need our heart's desire now. But as life has it's own timing and speed we begin to allow life to flow around us. When we ask for gentleness in our lives all desires are delivered when needed.
How do you express gentleness in your life? Do you know how to be gentle? I'd like each of you to find how you are gentle to self. And how you can be more gentle in both your thoughts and actions. First recognize how you feel about being gentle. For many the act of being gentle is a sign of weakness. Is there weakness in Love? No. Actions of Love are often gentle in that we allow life to flow without force. When you can see how you can allow more loving and gentle actions into your life there will not be a need of struggle. Try practicing gentleness in your prayers, daily routines, and loving of those around you.
Let your struggle of last year go with the new hope of a gentle life. Desires will flow and abundance will continue in a renewed energy of life.
Life does not need to be lived at hyper speed to be enjoyed. I hope each of you can find the gentleness within your hearts. Let this new year be both exciting and joyous.
