My Dear Children, today let us talk about something we all desire but have great difficulty achieving…Love. In all the things we hope for these Holidays, it is the energy of Love we crave more than any diamond, more than any sports car, or even the largest fruit cake. Love is infused in all we do, say and give to another or ourselves. Love is what constructed and nurtured this world. So if love is around us and in us why do we resist receiving it? True love is unconditional, limitless, and complete. To have something for free and without a struggle is very difficult for many to accept. Allowing your selves to love and be loved is the one gift I freely give to each of you.
Why do we fight? Many of us have been taught by family, society, and peers that to get what you desire you must fight and struggle to receive it. Nothing comes easy. And life is based on the battles won. Who do we fight when we struggle? It is always ourselves who we battle. Our antagonistic self who tells us nothing can be that easy, nothing is for free, and love comes with a price. When our belief system is based on this fear and battle of self, life is a struggle. When we turn away from our own battles and allow ourselves to be loved, we win. Life can seem difficult when we have no other view point. But when we allow for love and choose an easier way with no struggle the same task can seem better.
I ask you to allow yourself to love and be loved. At this time of year we sign our Holiday cards with love and hug strangers with good cheer. As you celebrate add your love to each hug. Wrap that present with your blessing of peace and abundance. Receive a warm smile from a friend and feel their love within. With each act of love you give yourself permission to receive all love in life. Now struggles and desires for the coming year can be done with less stress and punishment.
I give each of you all my love. Open yourself to receive all you can. And let this love flow to all your life, all your family, and all your dreams.
Love is around you. Love is within you. Love is you.
Namaste' Mother Mary
How can I know when I'm taking life too personal? When situations arise and you question your intentions, remember the only person to be accepted is yourself. All decisions are your decisions. And the same is true of anyone. Friends, family, co-workers, and such will make their own decisions regardless of how you believe them to feel about you. When we place expectations on people to act a certain way we become detached from our hearts. We then believe all actions or words are based on our thoughts or energy. The energy of expectation and assumption is the base of taking life too personal. We can only be ourselves. Coming from your heart and speaking from your inner knowing is like a gift you can not return. It is you and there needs to be no worry or regrets of how it was received.
Your personal belief about self and the love and power that lives within is much like a turtle. Safety comes from knowing you can be yourself, accept yourself,
and live in that knowing. This shell then reflects our brilliant soul and interacts with the world. When we are caught up in worry of acceptance, fear of judgment,
and believing troubles happen because of our energy, this beautiful turtle shell bites back. Anytime we are detached from our hearts we close off from life.
So pull your worrying mind back to your heart and remember to love thy self. Allow everyone to live their own lives, as they will then allow you to live yours.
And life will just flow as it should. All my love dear ones.

Often we find ourselves faced with a decision where our minds try to convince us it's for the best, but our hearts warn us to stop. As we plow forward in our rush to be done, plans become difficult, people turn on us, and once what was to be simple is something long and drawn out. What went wrong? It started the day you decided to not follow your heart. Unlike your rigid mind, which is contained by limits and conditions, your heart is free to experience life from a loving, all knowing point of view. Your heart knows all truth, for it is the seat of your soul and your connection to Divine. Your heart can only speak truth if you're willing to listen. When faced with decision we must stop and ask our hearts 'what is the best course of action that is loving for me and my circumstances?'
To have trust in ourselves we must practice it daily. Trust, love, faith, forgiveness, and compassion are all concepts that are fullfilled by action. It is in our daily acts that those around us will know our inner being and soul. You can not simple wish for trust in your life, you must practice with every thought, action, and decision made. In trusting your own plans you gain wisdom and trust in your own timing and completion of goals. Power comes by knowing you are powerful and trusting yourself with that power.
Power is a place we all find within ourselves that allows us to push forward into new ideas and understandings thought beyond our reach.
Power comes from a place of determination when we are faced with a difficulty so great that only by trusting ourselves and all the Higher Powers in heaven
can we find our way once again. So trust yourself and allow all your love to flow in life. Trust that the branch under you will support your weight as you climb up the tree of life.

My dear children, today I'd like to talk about the Divine timing and letting go of the punishment surrounding self doubt. Often when we have an inner knowing of life and events are taking a longer time then planned for we jump into a place of self punishment and fear. We begin thinking "what have I done wrong?" or "I'm just not meant to receive this". Once we begin placing ourselves into this energy we give up our goals and ideas even before they have a chance to manifest. We deserve all we desire in life, but life has its own way of unfolding when the time is right. It is the act of allowing life to do the timing that brings confidence in waiting.
Patience is a practice seldom done, but often needed. If we can learn to be more patient with self, we don't find ourselves reaching fear so quickly. Everything in life is quick, fast, and in a hurry. Your decisions and actions are no different. But unlike your microwave dinner, some things take time to come to completion or availability. When plans are being slow ask yourself if there is something I'm forgetting? Have I completed all the steps? Do I need to just wait? When we can answer 'yes' to these questions then it's time to be patient.
Now that life is taking its own time, why do we need to punish self? Self punishment is tied to disconnection to love and life. This energy is a way of keeping ourselves from what we deserve. This critical thinking, and sabotage, will tell us we are doing life wrong, that we have caused problems and need to pay penance. There is no ticket taker to life. You do not need to pay to play in life. You deserve all the love and life you desire. The form and timing may vary from what you may like, but we all receive what we ask for. So when this harsh voice begins inflating your fear, ask your self 'do I deserve love?' YES my children yes!
Sometimes when we stand at the waters edge and try to race the waves we get wet. Do as the child when facing fear and the waves of self doubt, laugh and jump in.
Life is not always clean and neat and orderly. Sometimes it's a big wave that sweeps you off your feet. So be open to life my loves and leave the self punishment at home.

My dear children, today I'd like to talk about standing in our power and holding onto our beliefs. Some of the most difficult things we are faced with is standing by our beliefs. Although we find our beliefs change over time, at this moment you have personal decisions that reflect who you are. Your beliefs are directly tied to your power, boundaries, and self reflection. When we fail to believe in our own beliefs; or not following our own boundaries; we loose our power. Standing our ground in what we believe in allows us to be ourselves. And power comes from knowing and accepting self.
Standing your ground does not mean being bossy. When we follow our boundaries they are set and serve us when threaten. We do not need to take our beliefs and limits to the world and convince them. We must simply be authentically us. When we seek to verify our beliefs in others, this is fear in who we are. By knowing what you believe in and following that belief you are in your power. When someone abuses our boundaries this is when we must stand up for ourselves. By allowing someone else to dictate your life, you disrespect yourself. You tell yourself "I don't matter, and my opinion does not matter". This energetic drain pulls us down, allowing other acts of disrespect to occur. No matter what end of the spectrum you fall (bossy or a doormat) respect of self is where we find a solid footing.
In knowing your own boundaries and beliefs, you can allow more life. When we are not so busy convincing ourselves who we are, or following the choices of others, we flow more peacefully in our daily lives. It is this place of self assertiveness we find we want to change our belief, boundaries, and understanding of self. We naturally want to expand. Tomorrow you will have new beliefs, need new boundaries, and find a whole new you.
So let us start with today. What belief do you need to stand in your power about? What boundary are you letting others walk through?
Can you accept all your beliefs today, or do you need to change a few? Be strong my children. Find your voice, honor what you believe in, and feel your own power.

My dear children, today I'd like to talk about the need for humor. How does laughing serve us as humans? The act of laughing relieves stress, expands your diaphragm, loosens your back and allows us to inhale more air. Giggling reduces your fears, softens your over seriousness in situations, and lightens your mind to new possibilities. And mostly the act of laughing feels good. When our world aches of change and fear, our bodies cry out for love and health; it is the simple act of laughter that can quickly brings us love and support.
Humor is found by each person in a unique way. A joke may send one person into fits of laughter and leave another wondering why. What is important is a fun and silly way you can tap into the magic of humor. Do you attend a comedy club, watch a silly movie, play a silly game, sing a fun song, draw humorous pictures, or spend time with a friend who makes you laugh? Each time we indulge ourselves into the act of laughter we heal.
Laughter is Divine's way of bringing us back to who we are and allowing us to get a fresh new start on today. By starting each day with a smile on our face and humor in our hearts we allow ourselves the ability to accept new life. Humor heals by allowing life to flow where we have been fighting or resisting life. This is why humor in hospitals and healthcare is needed. For each smile and laugh can mend more bones and hearts then any drugs or new technology.
So today my loves find some humor. Laugh out loud in your office, giggle in your class room or home, and let your mirth spread to all those around you.
Laughing is a way we can hear how love spreads to all around us. May you all find good humor and merriment today in our quest for insight.

My beloved children, what a busy and loud world we live in. And of all the noise, booms, crashes, and beeps; the loudest noise comes from the mind. Society has taught us to think, figure out, organize our thoughts to daily problems to find solutions. Production, speed, and never ending efficience is what is expected both from others and ourselves. Our minds are much like our cars, in that they need fuel, check-ups, washing, and most importantly breaks. When you use any tool or machine there needs to be a time for rest. And today I'd like to impress on you all the need to give your mind a break.
Take a moment to consider all that you think about in one day. How much skill and thought is needed just to drive yourself to work and stay in your one lane of traffic. Or how about organizing your schedule for the day so you can get groceries, call your mother, feed your children, wash the dog, and read your book We are constantly making decisions. When we do allow ourselves to rest it is more work for our brains. Watching TV, playing video games, surfing the internet, etc. True rest for our overly busy brains comes from quietness.
This quietness I speak of comes from the lack of technology, loud distractions, and our daily environmental noise. This peaceful place is found in nature watching a sunset, and listening to the buzz of a bee on your patio, or the laughter of children playing baseball. It is a place we create to be ourselves with no sense of mind. Just enjoyment of ourselves and what is around us. When we create these times the worries, stress, and mental grocery lists stop. Our minds take a much needed break.
Please give yourself a break. Unplug from this computer screen and unplug from your brain. Get up after reading this and take a walk or sit outside for just a moment.
Breathe deeply of the air that fills your lungs. Feel the sun warm your face. Let all thought be quiet. In this act of allowing yourself peace you will feel my love and gratitude.

My dear children, what dirty mouths we have nowadays! Profanity has been with us since the first person crushed their thumb and yelled in frustration. We have always had a colorful way of explaining our world around us. What we need to learn is that our words effect the world we live in. Each word you speak can cause positive and negative outcomes. When we take care in the words we use to ourselves and others, manifesting our desires become easier. So grab your mop and pail, for we have some cleaning to do.
The first thing to cleaning up our words is to become more conscious of the use of language. What words bother you the most? Is there a profanity repeated in movies that creeps into your sentences too? Do you understand what these different words mean? When listening to movies, or people on the street, we hear a variety of ways words are used. When emotions come into play with words that cause harm, love, or concern our hearts join with our thoughts to change the world around us. It is the use of words and the emotional power behind these words that leaders have used to rally the troops to war. Words bend our hearts and give us desire to reach for new goals. Words can also harm others, and bring negativity in our daily lives if we are not listening to what we say.
Once we have listened more carefully to ourselves and the world around us, we can then decide what we want to change. Often it is our loved ones around us that notice our negative words. When we catch ourselves speaking our fears the decision to speak more positive is simple. Yet we speak out and often without thinking about what we say. It is better to act with intention and thought then to just react. Our words reveal our true emotions, thoughts, and desires in our heart. When we put our thoughts into words; we have created. If you speak of yourself in a negative way; you have created a negative self. To love your self and be more positive can be done just by saying (out loud) 'I love my self'.
Words, and creative uses of these words, have their place. When we take the moment to choose the right words to express our emotions and hearts the world understands us.
You can be the powerful, creative, loving, and wise person you want to be by speaking these positive words. "I am power, I am creative, I am Loved, and I am wise."
By saying to ourselves what we desire we give the ability to create this desire to Spirit. So take care in having a clean and positive mouth.
When we speak in beauty, our world around us is beautiful.

My Dear Children, today is a new day! Let us get up, out of our chairs and receive what the heart is desiring. What is that I hear? You can not? "But Mary" I hear for all the excuses the mind can say. To reach out and receive what the heart desires is easy. It is the mind and all is wonderful games that keeps us from what we want. When we see our goals in life but wonder why we can not make them; look to yourself. We create hurtles, boundaries, fears, and expectations that are always out of reach. When our thoughts are in line with our hearts the finish line is always a step in front of us. So let us look at some of our hurtles today so we can set our own coarse of life.
Why do we play games with ourselves? This is a simple question yet it can frustrate us with the answer. Humans love things to be complex. We like the challenge and the completion of any given task. Let us say we are trying to find a car. We know what we like and how much we can spend. To receive this car we simply go to the dealer car lot and buy our car. Here's where we begin the games. We think to ourselves 'I don't like that dealer he's wearing a weird hat, that car has tan seats and I like brown, I don't think I have enough money, I can't decide what extras I want, maybe my brother can decide for me.' With each worry, judgment, and thought we have placed another hurtle between us and our goal.
How can I get to the finish line if I have already made these hurtles? When we find our selves exhausted from playing the games of the mind, we can simply decide not to play. We create these games to make things more complex and we can decide when to stop. Like our car we want to buy we can choose to set our intentions to the style, price and color and buy it. We choose to place each worry hurtle in our way. First we must calm ourselves to see what hurtles we have placed in front of the desired goal. Then we decide if we want to continue playing the game we are in. Maybe we still like playing part of it (like talking the sells person into a lower price) and decide to remove the parts of fear we don't want (like spending the money).
Being realistic with what we can and cannot do in life allows us to reach our goals. When we decide how to play the game or even to begin a game of the mind we win.
Just like children on the playfield we love to swing, climb, and play ball. How you play is up to you.
So remember that no matter how deep into a game you play I am always at your side. I am your "replay' and hurtle remover when you ask.
And asking for help is and always will be the best game to play with me.

My dear children, now that you have thought about what you'd like to change within your lives now comes the most important step in accomplishing these changes...beginning now. How many times have you dreamed, thought, or prayed for a change but did not receive anything because of procrastination? Maybe you convinced yourself you did not deserve your dreams and desires? Today is a new day! There is no better time to start living your life then now! Changes happen in your life when you take that first step in faith with Spirit and your heart's desire. When we stop fighting our selves, our dreams, and our lives we surrender. This my children is when you let me take you by the hand and lead you to your heart's desire and heaven on Earth.
Surrendering does not mean you have failed. You have instead admitted to your own limitations and need assistance from all that helps create life. Divine Spirit creates all of life and is always available to assist us when we ask. Oh how humans have changed from a small village to a global community. In this pursuit of wealth, growth, and expansion we have become very self reliant. We have convinced our selves ‘if we can not complete something, no one can'. It is this thought pattern that keeps us from seeking help from others, getting assistance from doctors, and surrendering our problems to Divine for help. There is help around every corner of life, when we are looking for it.
To surrender one must first admit they need help, than just ask. Surrendering does not need to be a long hard process. Look over the list you've created to change in your life. Ask Spirit for assistance in each change. Ask to be shown those people that will assist this change. For example if you have asked to loose 20 pounds ask Spirit to show you a nutrition program or book. Then maybe the person at the health food store shows you books and a professional food assistant that creates a menu just right for you. By surrendering to a Higher Power you've allowed people, places, and events to happen to help you obtain your goal.
Surrendering allows us to be in the moment. We are then free to see all the help Divine can provide us. This help comes in all sizes, shapes, and timings.
It is up to us to choose to surrender. So what will you surrender today? Choose one thing today to surrender to Spirit (commute home, deadlines, children,
money to pay a bill, enough time for a project). Soon all of life will be easy to surrender. Goals become easier to reach when we are not struggling against them.
Let us start now, hand in hand, surrendering what may come next to us from God.
Namaste' Mother Mary
My Dear Children, today is a new year! So many changes have already happened in this last year. Now you may wonder what is next? Cracking eggs with a hammer is what we find ourselves doing time and time again as we plan for our new year. We try to make promises to ourselves to change our looks, our habits, our debts, and our environment. These goals are often too big, not realistic, and need to happen right now. Let us look at how we can make more loving prayers for ourselves today that can have a positive change for tomorrow.
Breaking down our changes into simple actions we can do daily allows us to understand why we want these changes. Dieting is often a prayer asked after we have consumed too much after the holidays. It is the habit of over eating, or not eating what the body needs that allows for the extra weight. Instead of the instance lost of 20 pounds asked for in a fade diet, let us pray for understanding what food our body desires. Reach for healthy snacks, no sugar, more exercise and loving the image we are. Create daily rituals like walking during lunch breaks, affirmation of self in the mirror, or a visit to a health food store. By understanding your desire to change, you allow the change to happen.
Let go of the instance fix, and allow life to flow into the positive outcome you desire. Life happens when you are ready. How we can make these changes happen more gracefully is preparing. How do we prepare for the unknown? To be flexible with all outcomes in life and living in the moment. By living the most loving way for ourselves right now we prepare for the next moment of life. In just ‘being yourself' you tell the universe you are ready. Be realistic in your prayers. Change your prayer from "I want a winning lotto ticket to get out of debt" to "please help me to live within my abundance". When we ask for a better job understand why we need to leave the one we are currently in. Being focused, but flexible, in our prayers allows the universe to answer more promptly and effectively.
Let this New Year Day celebration be for you and whatever needs to happen next. Trust life will provide all the wonder,
excitement, and joy as it did the year before. Be realistic in your prayers, and practice daily what you desire to change.
And by far the most important thing to remember on this day is you are here to enjoy life another day!
