My dear children, as winter brings it's blessing of falling snow we turn inside to warm our hands and hearts. Snowflakes have long been a symbol of winter, purity, and depending on your age happiness or frustration when we play outside. But snowflakes have a special meaning when we see ourselves reflected in their shape. For each snowflake is unique showing us we are part of a whole community.
Each snowflake forms an amazing crystal that helps it glide down to Earth. Each of you has had experiences that guide to where you are in your journey. Often when we gather with others, or look to those that shine in their profession, we forget how special we are in our own unique gifts. Every one of you was given a gift to add to the community. Some may be leaders, singers, artists, researchers, healers, or activists. While others give time at shelters, pray for those in need, or just smile at strangers to brighten their days. Each one of theses small daily acts is gifts you give onto the world. None is more important than another for all are needed to change the world. Just as all the snowflakes together change your world to a white wonderland.
What gift can you give today to your community? When we give from ourselves we help change the world to a better place. What are your special talents that makes you you? Do you love to cook? Can you sew or knit? Does holiday shopping bring you joy? Then share these gifts with others. Bring your co-workers a treat. Gift a child with toys or a warm hat. Or smile to every driver as you sail home to your family. Remember you are part of this great snow storm that changes everything it touches. Each flake is special.
I love each of you as you dance on the wind. I see in you what makes you special and unique, even if you can't see that for yourself. So shine bright!
And be that special little snowflake so that you can change this world into what you all desire.

My dear children, have you ever noticed how nice we are to ourselves when we wear pajamas all day? When we surround ourselves with comfort we allow comfort to be felt within us. Feeling warm and safe is a primal need we all have. Happy memories of snuggling with mother or father on rainy afternoons watching TV often brings a smile to our faces. So why not allow yourself to snuggle in comfort now? Relaxing in our favorite sleep wear can bring much needed joy to a long work week.
Pleasure comes to us when we allow our lives to be easier and more joyful. By choosing a comfortable environment to play in we can then find the pleasure we're seeking. When we change from our everyday work clothes to the comfy clothes we wear just for ourselves our whole attitude changes. Stress melts away, a slower pace is found, and we can find time to just relax. These ritual clothes of relaxation are a subconscious trigger to bring you back to center and start healing the self.
My challenge to you is devote a day to your pajamas. Relax. Read that book you've wanted to start.
Watch TV with your family. And find the pleasure of being comfortable with you.
By relaxing today you'll have energy and passion for tomorrow.

My Dear Children, today I'd like to talk about dreams and the importance of good sleep. Dreams are the one place we can create anything we desire. It is a place where we find our true self and hidden motives. Dreams are a place of healing and understanding our greater self and current path. Dreams come only when we give ourselves time to receive good rest. Each night when we give ourselves to the bed and pillows our bodies begin to repair and rebuild. After we have received our healing we then slip deeper into our dream state where we can explore and grow. This time of healing and dreaming is as important as your waking life. Good rest helps you have more energy and new ideas on how to live life fully.
If you have a hard time remembering your dreams ask your self are you getting enough sleep? Each person needs a different amount of sleep each night. Children need more because their bodies are building new cells and bones each day. As we age we often need less sleep to feel refreshed. Find the right amount of sleep for you even if 11 hours is needed to recharge your battery. Sleep is also affected by our nightly rituals before we lay down to sleep. If you're restless and more tired in the morning try quieting yourself before sleep with a hot bath, soft music, fun reading, or meditation. What we think about before bed we take with us in dream time. Dreams are a wonderful place for your conscious and sub-conscious minds to have a meeting. Often we as your guides come to teach and show you hidden parts of your daily life viewed from a different view point. To start remembering more of these dreams and teaching times simply ask to remember. When we crash into bed after a long day our bodies will concentrate on healing and we forget dreams as we hop into the next day. Try starting a journal for your dreams. Concentrate describing key points of a dream and not judging the imagery so you can understand the greater message and not get caught up in one part. Sleep and the dreams that come of our rest reflect our current state of being. The more peaceful you can be with life, the more peaceful and freeing your dreams will become.
Rest is important. Many cultures have a mid-day nap to help refresh their energy and ideas before continuing the day. Do you need to power nap? Naps are a wonderful tool to help us calm down and re-center. Work and projects will wait, and often are better served if approached from a new perspective. Don't feel ashamed or guilt for sleep. Remember sleep is a gift you give to yourself. Just like eating good foods, enjoying fun company, and exercising your body, sleep is another part of self care we need for a healthy body.
So my Children, lay back in your bed tonight and ask yourself for good rest and peaceful dreams. Let yourself drift off to distant worlds and new realms.
Explore hidden doors and face yourself with new zeal. Each dream is a gift from you and the new possibilities tomorrow can bring.

My dear Children, today I'd like to talk of the importance of patience. In your fast world with its instant text messaging, TV dinners, and global news reports, we can get accustom to having everything right now. Before modern convenience a meal could take hours to prepare, but now a quick meal can be found on every street corner. We have fast money, fast cars, and fast information. Even this message can be quickly down loaded to your screen to insight love and change. So when we have to wait for a clear answer a true test of patience is our lesson. When we grow complacent about the things given to us with speed we loose the joy of obtaining the final piece of our chosen desire.
Patience is waiting for the final drip to fall off a leaf after a spring shower. It is that pause that is held as you discover your own unique truth. And it is a knowing of when you have done everything in your power and allowing the Divine to guide the rest of life for you. Patience is a challenge for those who need to know and control the now. In controlling a situation we have power and safety, but ultimately life has a way of choosing a different course. Our flexibility is allowing the Divine to reveal the right path at the right time. Patience is our centering and focusing to wait and see what is revealed by Divine.
Patience like any skill or movement is something practiced and takes time to master. We all loose are patience, but keeping it even through the most challenging of people or events can show true acceptance of self and the Divine order of the world around us.
Practice patience daily in all you do.
Be patient as a driver merges into traffic in front of you.
Be patient as your child spills their milk while learning to drink from a cup.
Be patient as you stand in line at the grocery store.
Be patient as you learn a new skill.
Be patient as you grow and change into a new loving being.
Be patient with yourself today, and maybe tomorrow the Divine will show you the right path.

My Dear Children, in our busy daily lives when do we have time for peace? Peace is something we must reach for daily if we want peace in our world around us. Peace is a place within us, still, powerful, and centered. Peace can be found anytime and anywhere for we carry it in our heart/soul connection. How we all express peace is individual and unique, but the result is a calm we all desire in this chaotic world.
What does peace mean for you? To reach for peace we must first understand what our own knowing of peace means to us. Is peace silence in environment and mind? Is peace contentment with all life? Is peace battles won and no arguments with self and others? When we come to realize peace is a place within our hearts where we allow ourselves to be loved and accepted we can then fully allow peace to reveal itself in our lives. Peace is a state of being. Peace is a knowing and flowing with life's currents, becoming the leaf upon the stream and the gentle wave pushing below. This place within us centers and focuses our minds to our hearts, allowing judgment, worry, fear, and lack to fall away to love, abundance, and wisdom.
How do you reach for peace? If I ask each of you what you were doing Thursday afternoon at 2pm you all would check your schedule book and confirm your busy work day. The needs of your time are exhausting. Carpooling, daycare, grocery shopping, walking the dog, watching your favorite TV show and sleep take up the spare time from work day. But how often do we schedule time for peace? Each of us needs to find time daily to connect with our inner peace. By choosing peace we choose to center and honor the being within our hearts. We are not human-doings, but human-beings. Just be with your self and enjoy the silence.
What brings you to peace? When we allow ourselves to be quiet and wash away the buzz of our thoughts we find peace. Some find meditation in silence is this peaceful place,
others seek quiet in nature. Some people need to move while freeing the mind during gardening, walking, swimming, playing an instrument, painting, or doing yoga.
However you find this place of peace reach for it daily. Make it a daily ritual of well being and love so that you can flow from your place of knowing and inner wisdom.
Change your inner world to a place of peace and this outer world will soon follow.

My Dear Children, today is a prefect time to check in with your hearts as we begin the second half of the year. As the world swings from spring/summer to summer/fall we can now feel a second push of energy to start new projects, have new adventures, and enjoy what we have complete thus far. So tap into the Summer Solstice energy of balance and renewal to check in with yourself and your reality of the now.
Why is checking our progress helpful? Often when we begin a project we work hard to bring together the people and materials to manifest our dreams. With a loving push this idea or project is directed out into the world to become successful, strong, and fruitful. It is our intention that keeps our projects and energy flowing in the right direction, but often we loose faith or interest and this idea/project gets mislead. So once we start in a new direction and we have completed the beginning stages don't forget to double check that it is following the path you chose.
Every project has stages just like nature follows stages of growth. From the darkness of an idea in Winter, to the beginnings of new growth in Spring, the fruitfulness of hard work in Summer, and the fulfillment of harvest in Fall, all of life follows these stages of nature. What stage are your dreams, projects, or life following at the moment? Are you harvesting an idea before it has sprouted? Are your projects receiving all the nurturing they need to yield the best possible harvest? When we understand the current stage a project is in at the moment we can then know what the next best step would be.
So check in with your projects, your dreams, and your thoughts. Realign yourself to this beautiful season of summer, where flowers blossom, birds sing, and children play.
Refocus your intention and let it grow with new hope and understanding, so that you can soak in the sun and wait for the harvest.

My dear Children, today I'd like to talk about the weight of worry. Often times we wonder why it is we slow down in adult life compared to when we were children. Children can run free and explore their worlds in comfort and joy because worry has not been added to their lives as a weight. As we grow into our adult selves we learn responsibility, how to function in society by ourselves, and include others with our development. Now the world includes taxes, paychecks, credit cards and debt, driving a car, and families of our own. We never truly loose the child within us who loves to discover the world and learn new ways. The same energy of the child is available; we just choose to be weighed down by our daily worry.
Worry is a huge weight we carry on our shoulders. In taking responsibility for our own decisions and actions we also assume we have to make these actions happen perfectly. We put so much effort in carrying these ideas and thoughts across an imaginary finish line we never asked ourselves if we needed too. Worry is trying to control something that cannot be controlled. There is only so much that is needed in any one thing in life, and once you have done what is called for your piece of responsibility is done. By carrying something on your back, it does not mean it will not fail if that is what is needed. No matter how much we protect or foster an idea, if it is not meant to be it will not work out. So when you worry you waste time, energy, and fun by trying to control life and Divine Order.
What we think in life, we live in life. If we worry about something that may or may not happen often when we put our energy into the negative it will happen anyways. Worry takes over our thinking. This is the weight we feel in our thinking, the muscle strain in our backs and necks, and the anxiety in our emotions and relationships. It is this energetic weight that makes us slow, tried, and dull. When we release the worry to Divine and allow what ever needs to happen, we can then be free again to live in the moment. Releasing worry takes years of aging off the body. Gravity will always pull at your skin, but worry and stress caused by your fearful thoughts add more to your aging then years of living. When we love the moment and the decisions made in the moment, there is nothing to fear.
As we grow there will always be responsibility of daily living, but does not need to be a weight for you to hold up.
Put down your weight of worry from your shoulders and love what may or may not happen today. Tomorrow will be a new day, with new experiences, but we can truly only
live right now. When we ask Divine to take our worry from us we become the passenger in the car of life. Let God drive the car and enjoy the view from the window.

My dear children, today I'd like to talk about following your heart. Now that we know we can send forth our smart heart to find what we desire,
now comes the hardest part in receiving this desire….following the signs. Often I hear in your prayers 'just send me a sign!' or 'point me in the right direction'.
Each of us knows what is right or wrong for us at any given moment. When we center and calm our minds the answer is always right in front of us.
When we look around in our environments we notice signs all the time. Often these are enticements from retailers or advertising beliefs.
Think of all the billboards, posters, announcement screens, flyers, street signs, and pictures you pass daily.
With a world so congested with signs no wonder it is hard to tell what direction you should follow. Personal signs grab your attention from your heart center.
They stop you in your tracks when you are seeking assistance from Divine. Sometimes found in strange places and in strange ways,
but we mostly place them where you will see the sign and understand the message. We will always give you a sign, but it is up to you to see it and believe it.
Signs can be humorous and loving, but at times they can be warnings to follow.
Warning signs are placed for those who choose not to follow their common sense.
Spiritual signs are no different, in that we love you and want to protect you from choices that can go a wry.
Always your choice will show the outcome of your actions but know there is always guidance to starting something in the unknown.
We, all of your guides and angels, watch over you daily. There are always workers of Divine Being and Love showing you the way.
Look for us in your prayers, in your meditations, and your daily life. We will speak to you in your heart and sometimes the bumper sticker on the car in front of you.
So look around your world today and find your signs to bliss.
My dear children, today I'd like to talk about the Smart Heart. Each of you has an ability to seek out the prefect person, place, and/or thing your soul and body needs.
This process, called the Smart Heart, is lead by your heart and soul working as a team to find what you need. Often times I hear in your prayers 'why are my desires not being met?'
Sometimes in understanding the process to receiving our desires we can learn why we prevent the outcome. The Smart Heart is working for you and with you.
The only one who can stand in the way of this process is self.
The Smart Heart is quite simple. Each time we come to an understanding, or desire, within our lives we pull that energy toward us.
For example if you decide the desire to be in a relationship is something you want then the Smart Heart pulls a partner into your life to answer that desire.
Another example would be if you are desire transportation to all the events and happenings in your life then you manifest the means to purchase a car.
The ability to seek out the right car, partner, or situation in your reality is the power of the Smart Heart.
Although our Smart Heart may pull our desires toward us we still need to accept them into our lives. The other part of us that often dictates are acceptance of life is our minds.
Our hearts see no boundaries or limitations to what we want. Our minds however live in structure and boundaries and all too often remind us what we can and cannot have.
These are the classical example of the devil and angel sitting on our shoulders. The heart wants what is best for us, and the mind will argue, make excuses, and deny the joy.
Why? The excuses and reasons are varied for each person, but often the reasoning is our own deserving love in life.
We fool ourselves into believing we cannot have life be easy or flow to us without struggle. That the best item we desire can be simple or inexpensive.
And that the people we desire in life will arrive today if we let go of those that don't honor us anymore.
When we can make the mind work together with the Smart Heart we become a team with self.
We can then follow our unrestricted hearts that will lead us to our desires and dreams.
We learn we don't need to stand in our own ways and instead have everything we desire no matter what the outcome.
The Smart Heart is always searching for more of life. It's now time to consciously seek those desires. Know what it is you desire in life.
Then allow that desire to flow from your heart into the world. Visualize that desire speeding toward you, showing you the steps to take to accept that gift.
And before you know it your desire is fulfilled. So choose a desire right now and send out your Smart Heart.
Let go of the timing and just see how smart your heart can be.
My Beloved Children, today I'd like to share with you one of my favorite parables about how we live life. For life is what we live everyday.
Some days life can be one pain after another as we seem to fall and stumble through our lessons and decisions.
But other days life seems like sweet delights, filled with excitement, surprises, and love. When we understand the connection of life and the balance between
lessons and joy we begin to realize all days are really both pain and pleasure. Our point-of-view can change depression to joy,
financial loss to abundant spiritual gain, and overwhelming loss to grateful understanding. Each day you chose how you will live that day.
As much as we desire a blissful life our daily lives will still bring us lessons. We can then turn fear to joy with understanding that our tests are really joys.
Here is my story for you because you are all my children, my roses, in my garden of life.
My Dear Children, every one of us needs love, for we are all Divine Beings created in Love. Our daily food is love.
It fills the soul and carries us to the next step, to the next day. Love is part of your mind, your emotions, your body and always your heart and soul.
What is your understanding of Love? Is it your children's smiling faces? A lover's kiss? A quiet moment in peace? Or maybe the sigh of the wind?
Each of us comes to understand Love in a different way. But we all share the need of giving and receiving love in our lives. Find Love in your life today.
Receive all its tenderness, passion, joy, and wholeness. Be Love and Love will be in you. From my heart, my joy, my love to each of my beautiful children.
I love the way you love.
I love the way you laugh.
I love the way you cry when life is sorrow.
I love the way you shout when life is tough.
I love the way you pout when we've not given the answers.
I love the way you beg when you need one more dollar.
I love the way you lick your fingers when the chocolate is sweet.
I love the way you run to try a new adventure.
I love the way you trust no matter the answer.
I love the way you choose to live another day.
I love the way you forgive when your heart was broken.
I love the way you get angry and frustrated.
I love the way you rest after a long days work.
I love the way you choose to do the impossible.
I love the way you tried even though you failed.
I love the way you win and still gave a hug to the loser.
I love the way you hug even a stranger.
I love the way you worry about yourself and the world.
I love the way you live your life.
I love the way you love.
For I can see all the ways you love.
My Dear Children, here in the north winter sweeps across the land and the forest reflects the stillness in the air. As we watch the trees and flowers they too seem to be doing nothing.
But instead they are busy growing their roots for the next year. As much as humans try to separate themselves from nature, nature still influences humans.
In the silence of winter is when we pull back from our busyness and grow our ideas and dreams for the coming of the sunny spring. So how is your garden of dreams and desires?
Are you full of weeds of lack and regret? Are you watering your seeds with love or fear? Now is the time to understand what we surround ourselves with is what we create in life.
So be careful your dreams are grown and nurtured with love for they will take root in your life now.
Be the gardener of your own heart. Your heart is a fertile land, and grows any seed of desire or dream that touches its surface.
Of course we all know from watching seeds grow they sprout depending on how well they are cared for. Sun (spirit), water (love), and time (patience), is what is needed for any life or
thought to grow. Its shape and size is unique to each seed, just as each of you are unique to your body. When we give our dreams love to grow they manifest.
Being the gardener of our hearts allows us to know what we have planted, what has taken root, and what needs to be weeded out.
A garden is a place we put carefully selected seeds to grow. When we are conscience of what we have planted life blooms into abundance and joy.
When we allow our fear to seed in we receive a mess of thorny weeds full of lack and doubt. Never be afraid to pull those thorny weeds!
For the fertile soil is just underneath and grows the best dreams.
What will we plant today? Being the gardener of your dreams and desires can be messy at times, but is always full of rewards as the love
put into your garden grows with abundance. As you dig deep into your dreams for this coming year be realistic with what you desire.
Loosing 50 pounds in two months may be a goal too big to accomplish, but 10 pounds with love will lead to more later.
When we plant big ideas with high expectations we often get disappointed. When we plant just a little and accept everything in life we are rewarded with surprises.
Being realistic in life is a way of knowing your own size of your garden and what can be grown now. Once you understand how to grow big, life can in return be big.
So my loves, plant your gardens with love. May your seeds grow and take root in your lives today and be the desires of tomorrow.
As your loving master gardener of all your hearts I see only beauty. For you are all my children in my garden of Spirit.

The Flowers or the Thorns?
A small child wondered around a garden one afternoon enjoying the smells of sweet flowers, warm sunshine from above, and the soft dirt between her toes.
As she walked into the rose garden she noticed a most interesting sight. There before her were rose bushes of every size, color, and shape.
Some rose bushes were huge with many blossoms and flowers. Some roses were thorny and covered in thick spines.
Still others were small and had just begun to put forward there first bud of the season. Each rose bush had one person attending the flowers or thorns.
For those who chose the thorns their hands were covered with painful scratches and cuts. They wept from their pain and suffering.
While those who chose the flowers they were delighted from the smell and colors of the blossoms.
She wondered why those who chose the thorns could not see all the beautiful flowers and buds above their heads.
And as she looked again at the people who had chosen the flowers she noticed their rose bushes had no body, shape, and many broken branches.
As she stood in the warm light of the garden she was joined by another gardener. A tall woman of many years dressed simply in a blue rode and bare feet.
The woman turned to the little girl and said "I see you have found my garden of life". The little girl looked again at the busy people and asked
"why do those who choose the thorns not see the flowers above their heads?" The woman smiled and replied "that is because they choose only to see the suffering in the world."
"Life is but misery in their eyes, if only they could see the bounty of sweetness their hard work has created."
Then the little girl asked "but why are the rose bushes of those who chose the flowers so scrawny and broken?"
The woman grinned and said "those that chose only the pleasure of life never learn how to trim away what is not needed and understand the lessons
of the thorns to produce more abundant blooms." The little girl stood quietly pondering the words of the gardener and then turned to ask
"which part of the rose is the right way to live life?" The woman smiled and asked "what do you see when you look at the rose bush?"
"I just see a rose bush" spoke the girl. With a bell-like laughter that filled the garden the woman rejoiced "Life is both the thorns and flowers; we need both to be complete."
The little girl looked at her feet were a little rose bush with just a few leaves and one small bud began to open to reveal the brightest red flower she had ever seen.
The woman bent down and kissed the little girl's cheek and said "for you my beloved, for you are one of my rose bushes that blooms wisdom and insight."
