Devotion means something different to each person. What is your perception of devotion? Depending on your up bringing, beliefs, and understanding devotion can be only for those who have time, a religious state-of-mind, or a way of life. Devotion in it's simplest form is the focusing of one's energy to create a desired effect. We choose different things to be devoted to, but we all share the same passion to what we focus on. The act of devotion causes us to practice being still within our mind and heart. It helps us to connect within our busy worlds to create a time for the one passion we choose above all others. Devotion allows us to have a deeper acceptance of life and it's own process. When we have too many distractions devotion can be the best daily practice for our tired minds.
There is no right or wrong ways to be devoted. Choose something that has a lot of importance in your life (connect to Spirit, children, your health, abundance, love, fun) and make the commitment to devote your time and energy every day. When we devote our time it is a full body practice involving the mind, emotions, body and spirit. This devotion should be fun, not forced. When we willingly walk into life with our arms open it is easier to receive all the gifts life has to give. When our arms are crossed and we force ourselves to devote our time we are closed to life and all we could gain from that experience. Our devoted time flows because we are focused on what we create.
When we choose to be devoted to Spirit and being one in all life we create a wonderful and rich life full of surprises. Devotion to Spirit/God/Goddess/Brama/etc is ever changing within your life. It does not have the same meaning now as in centuries past. We can be devoted to Spirit and still lead a life in community, work, and family life. We practice this devotion in the rituals we perform for holidays, and the daily prayers we send to our guides. Becoming more conscious of this devotion allows us to be open to all blessings we can receive from our daily devotional. Celebrate your connection to Spirit with such passion that you feel as one sitting in meditation as you do in traffic.
My love is devoted to you. Devotion is why I help humanity. Devotion is what we all learn and practice to become one with Spirit. Devotion is love. So on this holiday and New Year focus on a new beginning
with devotion, love, and acceptance of all life. All my love children.

What is gratitude? Life can be monotonist at times when we do the same things everyday, every month. When we are faced with a large struggle it is easy to be thankful for life this day, but when we feel stuck in life it may not be as easy to find what we're thankful for today. Even our cycle of worry can follow the same runt in the road as we become anxious about seeing family or having the best present for a loved one. To help us stay centered in our love we have gratitude. Gratitude is a ‘thank you' we give ourselves and Spirit. When we stop to thank life it acknowledges all of the journey we have just completed to be who and what we are in this moment. It surrenders our need to push goals too far and instead allows us to be at peace with what we have now. And most importantly it opens us up to allow for more of life and abundance to fill our hearts. Love, forgiveness, and gratitude are the three most powerful things a person can practice daily to bring peace within self.
What are you thankful for? When we stop to be gracious we often summerize it in a toast "to love, happiness, and good health for the next year". Are your prayers vague? Of course not since we know exactly what we desire to bring our happiness. Be just as purposeful in thanks giving as you are in your prayers. When we are at our lowest that is when all things are to be thanked. Think of how cooking involves 4 minutes in a microwave instead of 4 hours chasing down the chickens and plucking them. How wonderful a car is to get you anywhere dry and fast. And even the humble toilet brush so you don't have to touch the filthy bowl. There are many things we use everyday that make life easier.
Practice gratitude everyday in every way. When we hold the energy of love and graciousness in our hearts life is a celebration. Gratitude opens our eyes to see just how special our world, our community, our lives are.
As you finish this message take a deep breath and thank the strong health body you are living in. Thank the next person you see for their smile. Thank your loved ones for loving you and being with you.
And thank all those Beings both seen and unseen for all their assistance they give you everyday. Now breath in knowing you are special and perfect in this moment.
All my blessings to you my children.

What is death? Death is a doorway from one journey to the next. Death does not hunt us, or take us uninvited, but comes to us when we are ready to leave to the ethereal plane. We don't always know when we decide as humans to leave the body (often planning our timing before we entered our current life) so our timing is uniquely our own. When we leave we are surrounded by all those that love us and guide us. Helping us to transition from our physical body to pure spirit. We take with us our thoughts, emotions, and spirit, only our body is left behind. We then take the hand of our guides as they lead us through the process of letting go of our loved ones left behind. We also have to release any guilt, anger, resentments, or other lessons that hold us to our old life so that we can move on to the next journey. Some choose to stay and wait for other loved ones (spouse, children, friends), others choose to travel or learn what they could not do in the living life, still others become helpers with the angels and guides learning and loving in a new way. Once we've released fully from our old life and decided on a new adventure we again choose to come back as a new person and a new life to repeat the process again. Just as the dying flower dissolves into the ground the seeds continue the flowers life by growing anew the next spring.
Why do we fear death? Death often becomes a ticking clock that reminds us all the things we haven't done in life. We feel cheated when a loved one leaves without saying goodbye. And of course we fear we may not see them again on the other side. We are one both in living and spirit so know that we will always be together with those we love. Death is a process and we all choose that process differently. Some have more pain then others but comes from resisting the change. No matter what part you play in death it effects all very deeply. Ritual and celebration has always helped us as humans to coupe with our fears. How do you celebrate passed loved ones? At the time of transition we have gatherings, wakes, and funerals, but how do we continue to honor them? Some of us visit their graves and bring flowers, others plant trees, or many light a candle on their birthdays. Although your loved one may be busy or moved on from the ethereal we still have a connection to their energy and higher self which never leaves us. So the honoring we do not only connects us to that love but allows our own fears to be released knowing we are still loved.
Come to a new understanding and peace with death. We do not have to like death or be prepared today to leave but we can release our fear of death knowing we will continue on with love and grace.
I my loves will be waiting right next to you, to hold your hand, and love you always.

We complain about everything. If it's sunny, then it's too hot and bright for someone else. If the sale has great buys then it's not enough on sale for someone else. No matter what is presented in life for some it is not enough. Those that choose to complain about not having enough or not having it their way really have a hard time allowing for divine will and embracing what is presented before them. Often our complaints revolve around our will and plans verses God's. As much as we all would like the world to spin for us, humans all have different needs and timing. Let the Divine handle the timing, then it is more about playing with what you have now then holding your breath for tomorrow. Complaining allows us to see what we are resisting. If you are complaining about things in life ask if you are denying those things from happening. Can you accept the sunny day? Can you be happy with the sale item or you complaining so that it is easier to walk away from a item you do not need? If we vent we also release what holds us back illuminating what has us stuck on our progress.
Complaints about others is often a reflections of ourselves. Those around us are the prefect mirror for Divine to help you see you. When we point a finger at someone for their behavior and/or habits there are also three fingers pointing back at you. That means whatever that person does to annoy you, you do three times as much. So be careful before you point that finger. We do not have to agree with others and there choices but we can have respect for their ability to choose. And if we see the part of us in them that we can change then they too can make the choice to live differently. Great change starts within us.
So vent, complain, moan and whine all you want, just know we expect new choices, decisions, and changes from your release. Be creative with you complaining.
Emotional releases can be the catalyst you've been needing to cause great leaps of progress. And know no matter what you complain about (even us) we love you all so much.
All my love and patience to you today and forever.

First we must understand how beliefs form and from whom do we receive them from. At birth we have a Soul Core Beliefs. Beliefs that we carry from life to life that help us to remember who and what we are in each new life. As we develop our parents and families then layer on Family Beliefs that show us how to live and function within our family and the world. We then make friends through school and childhood that form our Peer Beliefs that help us challenge our Family Beliefs and identify who we want to be. Finally we learn Society Beliefs as we learn to navigate through life in what is ‘right' and ‘wrong' within the community we live in.
Your Soul Beliefs are in the center of your heart with each Family, Peer, and Society Beliefs layering outside of your body. When these beliefs are in sync with one another they allow you to feel one with yourself and the world around you. When these beliefs are in disagreement we feel at odds with that belief layer or even separate from the world. For example if you believe in abundance and grace in all your money matters, but your Family Beliefs taught you to believe you will always be poor and lacking money you'll find yourself at odds with what you need to believe. We try to change our way of handling money and expenses only to fall back into old beliefs and patterns of spending and thinking. Society can show us to live but only from the agreed on point-of-view. If you decide to live a different lifestyle outside of the normal view we are labeled as ‘weird' or ‘trouble makers'. Although we love having our beliefs in sync it is when they are challenged do we make great change in ourselves and the world we live in.
To change our beliefs we must first understand where they come from within these layers of beliefs we carry. If we discover we do not like our beliefs in lack and no money in life we can decide to be wealthy in ourselves (Soul Core Beliefs), this then allows us to see what patterns of belief holding us back. Maybe then your Family belief of spending and living conflict with your new belief, or maybe Society's belief in lack and credit debt coming to mind, you then can make the decision what you want to believe. When we identify the pattern we can choose to continue or change what we believe. Once we've decided to change our belief abundance takes over replacing the old Family Belief of lack to diminish until we no longer use these old ways of thinking. The hardest part of changing your believes is to first find them, and then understand where you learned them from. Many beliefs blur together making the origin less important and the distinction between your Core Beliefs and everything else the real change.
Who we are and what we believe in is becoming the most important thing a human can do now because as a conscious human in your heart you can decide what your world is tomorrow.
When we are in sync with our self we can effect the world around us in amazing and positive ways. We as humans are changing to a more heart centered race with more room in our understanding to allow for tolerance,
kindness, and peacefulness with all beings. And this all starts with you understanding what you believe in. We may not believe in everything around us in this world, but we do share this planet together and together we can be love.
Namaste' Mother Mary
We do not need another person to allow us the pleasure and joy of sacred union, but it sure is fun. We must first approach sex as part of who we are as humans. Humanity is still growing in it's awareness. We are like teenagers trying to get the keys to the car from God. We're trying to understand our bodies, find our reason for life, and fit into the society we live. We also struggle with what our bodies needs verses what we're shown from our culture and our peers. As nature shows us, all beings join together for both reproduction but also union. When we choose sacred union in respect, awareness, and love we honor both our selves and our partner. Knowing when you are ready, and finding the right partner is part of the process.
Releasing this creation energy, also known as Kundalini life energy, travels from your root chakra (pelvis area) up to your heart chakra and out into the world. This energy is linked to all life including Mother Earth, Universal energies, and more. When we release this energy quickly it releases all tension, stops circular thinking, and connects us to source energy. Laughter, sex, and deep meditation all help us reach beyond our critical thoughts to connect with the Divine. Since Mother Earth is a living being and releasing more energy to change we too experience the need to release more. However you choose to release know it is part of who you are as a human so that you can give the judgement to Divine and just enjoy life. Releasing creation energy also creates life, be it thoughts, ideas, or a new human baby. Our energy is always moving from source, to source. We are all one.
Time to check in with yourself and ask how you feel about sacred union and your own pleasure. Are your judgements your own or that of society? What limits are you ready to look at and let go?
And most important know releasing sexual energy is like breathing, it is part of us.
Now as you bring the male and female energies of your body together allow that release of energy to be focused on what you desire to create. With a partner try feeling that energy you share with each other.
And finally feel how we are connected to all life as we find another path to the Divine.
Namaste' Mother Mary
What is male energy? Male energy is direct like an arrow. It is our will released into the world to direct our desires and wishes to become manifested. It is the force that pushes us forward even when we are in fear. It allows us to command our emotions and inspire others around us to do great things. The male energy is happy when we are ‘getting things done' and pushing forward toward our goals. It is motion, purpose and structure.
What is female energy? Female energy is patient and restful like the bow that pulls back to release the arrow when we are ready. It is our unique timing and knowing of what we desire from life. The female energy is what nurtures us and allows us to heal and express our emotions. Female energy connects with all life and helps us understand each other with compassion. The female energy is happy when we care for ourselves, dream of new desires and express our emotions in all things. It is comfort, patience, and expressive.
Each human is a balance of male and female energies. We need the fertile desires of the female side to create what we need in life and the male energy to push us forward toward our goals. When we are out of balance we can become stuck. With too much female energy we become too emotional without any resolution to our problems. We can dream of what we desire but with no male energy to manifest it we cannot move toward our goal. With too much male energy we get overwhelmed with a need to get everything done now. We push ourselves to extremes which hurts our bodies and minds. Male energy in abundance can be too aggressive and not allow the understanding of others when we need to comfort others and ourselves. We need to find the balance between these two energies to create and complete all we desire in life.
Try to image what your male and female personas would look like. What do they desire from you right now? How do they feel about each other? What do they need from each other to create balance?
Often our Yin Yang is separate and fighting each other, but if we combine their energies we create harmony. When each side can come to an agreement (for example the male side will allow the body to rest and be comforted,
while the female will decide on a new goal to move forward on) have them join together creating a new stronger bond within your heart. This new being will be the complete Yin Yang and allow life to flow with ease.
Be balanced my loves and enjoy the new explorations of your inner being.

We as humans have always searched for an answer for everything. Even before modern science we explained our world in words and ideas that were common for that time. When we encountered something that was not easily explained we'd blame nature, Gods and Goddess, or even the ruling government. Our term scapegoat comes from the practice of sacrificing a goat to bring good luck and harvest in your life. Although common in my time this practice is not often observed today. Many of our rituals and terms have a origin long forgotten but still practiced without understanding the energy behind it.
Superstitions were often a warning or current practice at that time but is now forgotten. Mirrors were expensive, so to break one would mean a loss of money or inheritance (hence the bad luck for 7 years). Walking under ladders can be a dangerous thing, crossing a black cat was common as they lived with humans and their vermin, and throwing salt over your shoulder cleansed your energy but also sanitized the dirt floor, the list can go on and on of different strange beliefs we hold on to. Superstitions are just ways to place blame when events did not take place as we planned them to happen.
Curses are another way we explain bad events in our life instead of taking the responsibility to change our choices. Can someone curse you? We can send good or bad energy to those around us in life, but that does not mean that energy will be accepted. No one can make you feel or do anything in life unless you want to. No one makes you feel guilty, you accept their guilt and live it. So no one can curse you unless you accept and believe in the curse they place on you. It is easy for us to say this person or group cursed me with bad health instead of seeing that we ourselves have not been taking care of ourselves. Or when we need to move on with a relationship we make up a story of our spouse being cursed by another and this is why they are cheating. We even blame the planets for our lack of communication or misplacement of paperwork. No matter what the curse is it has no power over you unless you believe in it.
So when you find the blame being placed on something superstitious or a curse try instead to bring yourself back to your own loving center. Try to decide what you desire in life, and breathe in the truth of the events.
Often we see how we're preventing the flow of life and blame can take a back seat. Allow old practices to be remembered and understood rather then fearful routines we use as excuses.
You are powerful with the choices you make for you, and I am always at your side to help, love and guide.

We see sudden change all the time in nature. A quiet stream can become a wall of water if the weather changes to storms, a pink flower can become white the next growing season, and a person can have nothing but with three small numbers own everything over night. When we learn life is not rigid and ever changing we can be more flexible with the outcomes of daily life. Our perceived structure in our routines is comforting to us. We can expect to wake up, go to work, come home to dinner, and go to sleep to repeat the same tomorrow. We like life to be the same because it is easier to control. But because stiff structure cannot flow (becomes stagnant) life steps in with the winds of change. Nothing ever stays the same, life is forever changing.
We may have choice in all we do, but we do not control all of life. And you would not want that control. It would be like reading the end of your life story and still trying to live each day. We all have different needs and desires from life and we need these prays answered now. What chaos if we all wanted our light to be green in traffic while driving home from work. So you choose your desires and needs and Spirit will provide Life to accomplish this in Divine time.
Give the control to us, your loving Guides and Angels, so that you can enjoy the moment.
When we are not locked into our daily routine we can enjoy the unexpected. It is often in these surprising moments when we make appearances to you.
Through new friends, a kind stranger, free money on the ground, and new store discovered by a detour in traffic. Make delays in your schedule a free time for God.
So take we can provide a new insight. Enjoy the new energy and all the little surprises of life my dears, for little surprises cause great changes in life.

Seeding our lives with what we desire is easy. If you desire sunflowers you choose a patch of good dirt, water and sun and plant your seeds. What you plant is what you sow. If we desire money, change, happiness, and love should we not do the same? The dirt is the grounding energy to manifest our ideas. The water is the thought and words we pour into this idea. The sun is the faith and prayer we ask from above to illuminate the path in front of us. The seeds our the thoughts and desires we need to bring greater understanding and joy into our lives. And finally the process of digging the dirt and burying the seeds is the effort we put into manifesting this change. Our love is the secret spark that allows these seeds of change to grow. Each time we love life grows in all directions.
Acts of love are not just the Valentine's you buy once a year, but instead your very soul energy that flows from your heart into the world. Every time you share this heart energy with another you seed life with love. When we share a smile with a stranger, hug a loved one in time of need, or share your love with a fuzzy companion we our seeding our love into the universe. We never run low on love for it is a never ending supply from Divine. These acts of love flow both to those you share with but also to your own heart. Connecting you to the Divine Love that flows in us all.
Time to grow some seeds. Choose an idea or desire you wish to grow in your life now. Prepare yourself (the soil), ask for guidance (the sun),
choose the best thoughts (the water) and plant your seeds by taking the necessary steps forward (digging the dirt).
Once you have started this process seed your project with loving thoughts, loving gratitude, and loving actions.
Soon your new desire will be full bloom. Buy a plant or even better try growing some seeds. You can write your desire on the side of the pot and
watch your plant seeds and desire seeds grow together. Your outside life mirrors your inside desires so this fun process will be illuminating!
Namaste' Mother Mary
Spoken words are energy. This is why you can lift someone up to the heavens with praise and bury them deep in sadness with words of hurt. Words can create what our heart desires, but also what our fears believe. Language was once shared by all beings on your planet; including the plants, animals, spirit families, and angels. In our arrogance we humans divided ourselves from this language and soon forgot it's sound. As we again connect to all beings seen and unseen of this world we sense and feel this forgotten speech. It is this knowing of sounds and unusual words that expresses the energy of your heart. Often when we open our hearts around loved ones, pets or even nature words and sounds come from our voices. These sounds are the energy we physically express from our hearts.
Being more conscious of the way you speak can illuminate how you view the world and yourself. If you desire change but say your not good enough or not ready you'll never have the energy to begin. Our negative speech stops our progress and can leave others around you confused to what you need and depressed by your low energy. When we catch our negative tongue slipping can have a choice to speak with words of praise and encouragement instead. Visualize your words are like butterflies that fly from your heart into the world. With each note of love the butterflies fly free to create. Each sound of hate and negativeness the butterflies become ropes that tie your heart tight. Words of forgiveness release these bonds that hold us to our pain and the pain we inflict on others. When we understand and know what we are saying to ourselves (even the words spoken in our minds) and the words spoken to all those around us we find we need to speak less and think more.
As you begin your day today make a new promise to speak with loving words. Create a day of love, lightness, and joy. When pain and negativeness threaten your day think and speak what you're grateful for.
Take all the time in the world to choose the words from your heart instead of the words of fear, judgement, and hate. If we can speak with peaceful words, we can create a peaceful existence.
