Raven's Blog:
I’m so excited for the holidays! Oh yes, candy canes, Christmas lights, and fresh cut Christmas trees! But what I’m excited about the most is allowing myself to rest.
It’s time to be wrapped up with a blanket, sip hot cocoa and pet the cat in my lap.
For many of us this year has been full of change. We have released what has not served us, created new healthy boundaries with ourselves, and discovered we are loved by Divine. When we expand quickly we need times of rest to integrate what we have learned from recent experiences. With reflection we can return to a place of balance, trust and harmony. It’s when we push, push, push, and overlook the importance of rest, we cause problems for ourselves. Frazzled nerves create impatience with ourselves and others around us. What we are doing is disconnecting from our heart and all that guides us, including our spiritual team. As we rest we quiet the inner mind, so that we can hear our heart and the loving guidance from Divine. When we have our heart and mind working as one, we can confidently walk into any change in life.
As I rest and reflect on this year my heart turns to gratitude. I am so thankful for all of you who held me in your prayers and continue to share these words of wisdom from spirit.
Blessings to you and all your relations in the New Year!

For many of you there has been a lot of change in the last few years. Anytime we release a large portion of our old understandings we can become trapped in a constant process of release. Any change has a beginning (Ah yes, I’d like to change my behavior), a middle (I choose a new behavior), and an end (I’ve accepted who I am). When we constantly keep ourselves in the middle of change we can never move to a place of acceptance with life. Currently we are in the final few weeks of not only 2011, but the old patterns of this present reality. We are finishing up whatever we need to release before the new world can begin. To move to the end of change is to accept yourself as you are, and allow your process of change to be complete.
How can we complete change? Change will always happen and continue throughout your life and beyond life. To complete change is to accept it will always be present in your life. To be caught in the middle of struggle, and never stop, is not accepting that our current state of stress and learning will end. Why do we resist change and acceptance? We are afraid of losing something or someone, accepting our power and receiving what we desire. Even when we do not know what life may bring tomorrow, your inner knowing can sense that what you have prayed and prepared for is just around the corner. It is this excitement you feel building in the world around you, to complete one change and move to the next.
It’s time to celebrate!
By completing our current challenges and allowing ourselves to move to acceptance we can greet the New Year and the new world with a renewed passion and confidence.
We clear our minds to explore new understandings and dreams. We release and finally complete all the cycles of learning and lessons we have repeated these many lives,
so that we may begin anew in a new world. You must understand my loves you are not only clearing and releasing this present life,
but all of your many lifetimes you’ve come to this world through. You are clearing your karma, your soul fragments, and your cosmic debts.
You are done with what you were and moving to who you are – a being of love.

WOW!!! What a crazy month! Fall time is often when we feel an urge to harvest what we have created through out the year and release what does not serve us. This year it seems it was time to
clear the fields! I've spent the last 4 weeks cleaning my house from top to bottom and donating half of my belongings. Many friends, clients and neighbors are having similiar times of moving,
releasing, re-modeling, switching jobs, or clearing out old relationships. So I asked Spirit, what's going on??? It's the end of the old world, and the beginning of the new. The old calendars
where based on the moon and harvest time. So techincally this is the new year today November 1st, welcome to 2012! What have we all been doing in our own unique way all month? Clearing the last
bit of old energy we could not take with us into the new year. 2012 is about the new dream and new ideas we are all creating together. Thank you spirit for helping us release the old so we do not
need to repeat it in the new year. So take a deep breath, finish whatever may need to be completed before you, and know you've cleared not only yourself, but all your past too. Whew! Hope my past
lives have clean houses now too :)

Why do we need to gather around our family? Winter has always been a time of remembrance. Nature takes this time for peace and stillness before blooming again in Spring. Humans to need time for stillness and peaceful connection. Family allows us to feel connected to more then just our daily struggles. Family being any people close to you that you connect on a heart level. We often have many layers of families around us. Our blood family that we were birthed into, our job family we work along side, and our friends and neighbors we meet often. Each of these groups we interact differently, but we are still part of this group and considered part of the whole. It is this feeling of needing to be part of the whole we find pulling in our hearts in the Holidays. It is the same feeling many feel when searching for their place here on Earth. To belong to something. In understanding our connection to not only our families, but to our global family we can find peace and wholeness.
We are all pieces of the whole. Our different families show us how we fit into this whole of life. Families illuminate our own struggles, strengths, and abilities. They help in that reflection we do during the darkness of winter. Families are what the Holidays are all about, no matter how you celebrate. In making a connection to someone you consider family this holiday, you allow yourself to be part of the whole of life. To be needed. The comfort, warmth, and good cheer of great company reminds us of why we all live together as a communal species. Why we need each other. Whomever you consider family, and however you create a place and time to celebrate; find time to love your family.
Embracing family is embracing your own heart with love. I embrace each of you as my family. Hand in hand we travel into this next year and new journey.
Let your heart shine and open yourself to feel not only the family you know, but the family that is in each of us.

Mmmmm I love the season of Fall! Falling leaves drift from bright trees, the wood smoke clings to the cold mountain air and soft screams of Halloween decorations fill my front yard.
As we harvest and reflect on our year so far it seems like yesterday we were beginning 2011. This year has been a year of change, transformation, and clearing the path for next year.
Many see next year as the end, but it was 2011 that helped us clear the mental clutter and fears to be able to dream a new world in 2012.
So use these last few months of 2011 to complete this re-wiring process Spirit has brought you. Mother’s message comes at a great time to help us see Divine’s point-of-view so we can
finally see these changes and accept them. Good luck!

Often when we try to see how we are changing in the current moment we have a hard time seeing anything different. We become frustrated with waiting and disappointed when life does not change right now. Because we do not have the whole picture of how all the little parts of our lives fit together we often give up before we break through that last part of change. We judge ourselves and blame others and Divine for letting us down. And finally we begin to believe we are cursed or do not deserve to have what we desire. Can you feel how heavy these words are in your body? Feel the emotions and tightness in your heart and belly? We all can connect with these feelings and thoughts because we all have them. Knowing our feelings and concerns are part of the process allows us to be more patient and compassionate with ourselves.
When we find ourselves trapped in circular thinking of fear, worry, and doubt this is when we need a new point of view. Even better we need the Divine's Point of View! As we know Divine is Love and in this love is all possibilities. This means we can find that whole picture we seek. To stop our worry thinking we must first accept we are love and part of Divine. Therefore we do deserve all possibilities. Second we need to see our current fear from Love's point of view. If you are worried about getting a job, know that Divine will bring it at the perfect time and only if it's perfect for you now. Fearful about a relationship? Choose the higher perspective to see how this relationship serves you both and know from this centered place you can continue or move on. Seeing our lives from different points of view help us to see all possibilities and just be as we change into that next part of our journeys.
So my Loves please take a moment and look at where you are right now on the path of life. Review your worries /fears and see them from a different view.
Let illness become rest, struggle become change, and fear become love. From this you will have more compassion for yourself and those around you who are changing and transforming too.
All my love to you all.

Sometimes I wonder why people would go be alone in a desert, fast for a month, or sit on a mountain and cry for a vision. When we find ourselves in the middle of noise, bills,
work demands and chaos I begin to understand that need of solitude and connection to spirit. In my own fashion since my car accident I find myself alone, fasting and praying with Spirit.
These last few months have brought new understanding within myself and a renewed passion for life. We need this disconnection from the normal flow,
so that we can see life from a new perspective. Even if those around you struggle with your distance, know they too are receiving their own lessons of acceptance and self reflection.
And of course we can’t stay on the mountain forever. Once we integrate what we have received from Spirit we naturally share, experience and flow back into our daily lives.
So challenge yourself to time alone for a day, a weekend, or longer and see what insight will be revealed to you.

"Trust flows from our oneness with Divine and the knowingness within us."
Why is trust important? Trust is the ability to rely on something or someone. When we surround ourselves with those we can trust we spend less time in worry and doubt and can freely expand and explore our world around us. Now this trust does not mean that those you place your faith in will not change, grow apart, or make mistakes. Often the trust we place on others (look at this language it gives it away) is an expectation from ourselves and not necessarily what this person can do. By projecting your will onto others or something you’re using the result will never be what you planned, because you are not including everything involved. For example if you use a rock as a hammer and it breaks cutting your hand then you can understand the rock was not happy as a hammer. Or if we except our gossip friend to not share a juicy secret about a neighbor and your information gets leaked can you really blame the friend? Trust comes from the knowingness of who we are, so that others can be themselves. By allowing everyone, or everything, to be what it is you can fully trust them to be their selves.
"Trust comes from the knowingness of who we are, so that others can be themselves."
Trusting divine is accepting yourself. In your prayers when you ask for help from your spirit guides you’ll hear us whisper trust. Trust the outcome of whatever you are worried about, for it is perfect. Know that if you have done the steps to complete this project, or connect with a person, you have done what is required. Now you wait and this is where trust comes in. If you look at the word trust you’ll see the word ‘us’ right in the middle. That’s because no matter what you do in life we, your loving guides, are right by your side. You are part of the team, and we all complete our part of the experience. Even in surrendering your life to divine you’re part of the process. This feeling of support and knowingness of being united with Divine is trust.
So what parts of your life do you need to trust more? Do you need to review what expectations you’ve placed on others that are creating experiences that are hard to trust them, or yourself?
Are you being honest with yourself in fulfilling a promise? Can you trust yourself to make the best choices? Have you included your guides and angels to help you make that important choice?
Lots of homework this month my loves because trust is something you need in place now as we move into next years’ energy. Trust yourself!
Because I know you will take that next step of life beautifully.

Whew! We’ve been busy organizing, cleaning, and editing ourselves!
With all the crazy energy shifts lately we can get caught up in this soul searching, pattern breaking and conscious changing activities.
Sometimes the best healing we can do is just taking a break from ourselves! So this month’s Divine Mother’s message really comes at a great time to remind us to just chill out.
Hope everyone is enjoying their summer (or winter for those of you south of the equator), and remember to seek comfort. I’ll be in my pool floating on a inner tube!

The comfort I speak of today is a place within each of you which brings peace and balance. Often our perception of comfort is confused with the boundaries we have set within our lives. As we change, and life changes to serve us better, our boundaries can shift to allow for new experiences. This shifting of our boundaries can make us feel uncomfortable, vulnerable, excited, and anxious. These boundaries can give us a sense of comfort, but often trap us from our wholeness. In realizing these shifts in boundaries are needed we then can return to our hearts and the true comfort within our souls.
How will I know my true comfort? When we enter a place of peace and balance there is a sense of wholeness. This balance is felt when shared with self or others, but is radiated from within to the surroundings. It is the act of allowing ones self to be at rest. Comfort is unique to each person. This why one can be whole and rested at a sports event while another may need time alone within nature. Seeking your comfort is easy. It is those times that take away the stress of life. To find this comfort means you must allow yourself a time of comfort.
This place of comfort is carried within each of your hearts and can be visited daily to calm and refresh you. When one practices comfort within their lives this space of rest and balance
can be tapped into regularly. Even amongst the most painful events you can tap into your comfort to help calm down, find clarity, and make a heart centered decision. From this comfort place
you hear our loving words of guidance, feel our loving healing, and find your connection to divine. In whatever way you find this comfort visit it often. Make the time you need for comfort.

Thank you everyone for your love and support! It has been an interesting process these last two months recovering from my car accident. Like CAT scans are very cool!
I also learned how I process with mom’s great article last month and how I needed to be open to allow healing. We have amazing bodies!
They can heal, grow strong, and learn so quickly, but if we get in our own way of healing the process of health can take a long time.
Divine Mother had me speed my healing by being mindful of my positive health, following the care giver’s advice for recovery and a constant connection to my body.
By being connected I could remember to relax my shoulders, drink my water and eat. It’s no wonder sometimes Divine causes these ‘delays’
so that we become aware of what could cause major problems later. All in all I learned to be in the body more and that is a beautiful thing!
So no matter where you are in your health and busy life, we sure to check in with yourself on a regular schedule.
It’s better to be balanced then have a flat tire on your path to enlightenment!

Walking in balance between these two worlds is easy. Just as your body can keep you up right and walking, so too can you balance these energies of Mother Earth and Heavenly Cosmos. Even your body reflects these two energies running through you with your center (diaphragm) being the meeting point between the two. From your center up is the Heavenly energy. Your heart and mind soars upwards to explore and embrace the vastness of the unknown. Your thoughts can be free to wander as far as you let them. And your heart connects with the Divine source of love giving you the understanding of being one with Divine. Reflected below your center is Mother Earth energy with your digestion of food, life, emotions and the physicalness of being in the body. Earth’s energies gives us the sensations and pleasures of emotions expressed through form. These energies can be heavy at times as we search down into our roots and connections to the planet around us. There is no one way better than the other, for they are connected. Just as your mind and heart need your emotions and body, these energies balance and play with each other.
When these energies of heaven and earth are balanced we flow and Divine energy flows through us effortlessly. We gracefully go from one moment to the next with no fear or doubt. We are in the ‘know’ of life. Alas this is not where we find ourselves. Often we have wandered off with our thoughts, lost in worry and self doubt, or we have dug down deep into our emotions feeling overwhelmed by the world and all its pain. When we become unbalanced with this natural energy flow it can cause a lot of problems. The easiest way to find what is needed is check in with yourself daily. Is your mind spinning with ideas, worries, and what-if’s? Do you want to expand, grow and reach out to the new, but have no direction, path or starting point? These struggles reflect too much heavenly energy without enough Earth energy to ground and manifest your dreams. You need to express those emotions, and do nourishing acts for yourself to create a starting point. Even writing in a journal can create that physical act that will ground and create safety for all those ideas to come to life. Now if we find ourselves bogged down in depression, our bodies toxic and in a state of dis-ease, and lost to what is next for our decisions we have dug in too deep into the Earth energies. When you sit inside a hole it’s hard to see the next step and we have only our sour mood to keep us company. This is why depression can be difficult for some to get out of. Without the energy of the Heavens we convince ourselves to give up. Heavenly energy lifts us up and fills our hearts with hope, joy and ideas. The impossible task now has many avenues of opportunities. When we pull upon the opposite energy we are stuck in it naturally balances our energies, returning us back to our natural state. We want to be in this balanced state, it is with much effort and energy we push ourselves out of balance.
If we naturally balance Heavenly energy with Mother Earth energy then why would we want to be out of balance? Experience. We create imbalanced to learn, grow and challenge ourselves. Like eating too much cake and experiencing the stomach ache afterward you learn what your limits are. Sometimes we want to soar off into the universe to escape our jobs, maybe you’ve pushed too far and the depression was a way to get you to review what is or not working in life right now. The secret my dear is remembering to return to center/balance after each experience; until finally we can be in a state of balance and experience at the same time. For now my loves just be compassionate with yourselves no matter what energy you decide to play with. Sometimes we need to remember how to soar like an eagle and other times we need to be wrapped up in Mother Earth’s arms and have a good cry. There is no right or wrong way of it, it just is.
Being conscious of the process just allows you to have more choices and opportunities for growth. How wonderful to be able to play any way we like! So my loves take time this day to check
in with yourself. Are you deep in the soil struggling for clarity or you lost on the winds of change not knowing where to begin? Do you just need to breathe energy from the cosmos above
down into Mother Earth to recharge and give love to your Mother? Whatever you choose know we your guides are here to help and support you. You and I can explore the heavens or make mud pies,
it is all beautiful!

My Dear Children today I'd like to discussion how we process life. Each of us experience and process life a little different. We may all have the same components but we have different strengths, weaknesses, and timing as to how long, and in what way, we will complete a lesson of life. This processing is unique to each of us, but can be overwhelming and confusing at times. When we know what part of the processing we are present in it can allow us to learn, release and gain wisdom faster with more ease and grace. And grace is something all of you are requesting from Divine with all the global changes.
To understand how we process we must look at the 4 main parts of the self (or soul if you like). These parts include; mind, heart, body and emotions. We process life, events and lessons through these parts to fully understand life. This is how you understand the ‘why am I here, or why am I doing this’ question you like to ask us. These 4 parts make the whole you, and when they flow and work together we see large movement, miracles and exciting growth in our lives. When these parts are not in alignment we have resistance, pain and suffering in our lives. So understanding and communicating with these parts are very important to help stay healthy and help you co-create life with Divine.
Within each part we can use the processing in a positive way or a negative way. We try to keep a good balance of all parts, but each of you will favor one or more over the rest. At certain times in life we may need more physical processing to get the lessons life are trying to teach us. As a baby the world is all new and the emotions help you express and process this new world. As a child you fell more so you could understand your limits and stretch your physical boundaries. As adults we process more mentally as we become to understand our self and our place in the community of life. And finally as an elder you return to the body to understand new boundaries of life and process with all other parts to gain wisdom.
We process through the Mind when we:
Positive: Make lists / plan projects / daydream / fantasize / use a strategy to win / visualizations / meditations / think
Negative: Over-think and abscess about something / fantasies over-write reality / judgments / self criticisms / doubts and fears
We process through the Emotions when we:
Positive: Express our emotions (cry - sad, shout – anger, giggle – happiness, sigh – contentment) / allow emotions to flow around us
/ feel compassion for self and others / daily occurrences are connected to your emotions / moods change often as you process / feel the Earth’s emotions
Negative: overly sensitive about everything / your emotions are overwhelming / life feels out of control / become an emotional sponge around others
/ boundaries difficult to keep / use emotions to control situations
We process through the Physical/Body when we:
Positive: Go for a walk to clear our thinking / exercise to find answers / sleep / eat to connect with Earth / take a bath / rest / body aches and pains occur with emotions
/ digestion when thinking a lot /
Negative: Eat to feel better about life / injuries and accidents to slow you down / illness after breakthrough of consciousness / abuse body through food-drugs-alcohol to numb out life
We process through the Spirit/Heart when we:
Positive: Awareness of truth in what we are learning /feel a connection to all life / soul listening to higher self and spirit guides
/ combining all other parts but remaining detached through process / life flows easily and effortlessly from one moment to the next / life feels like a miracle
Negative: Although spiritual processing has no negative we can become too detached from our other parts of self resulting in no emotions, limited thinking and loss of physical form.
Our spirit/heart process is always connected to higher self and Divine, which naturally connects all parts together. We need all parts to ‘BE’ in this moment.
All these processes can be used in a balanced loving way, or if we choose, we can over do our energies causing problems. For example if you process physically but eat every time life feels out of control you can gain too much weight. Or if you are processing too many emotions every change can cause overwhelming tears and confusion. Our circular thinking can trap us in fear and anxiety until we collapse. No one way is better than another. You can see they all work together and often add to the process. By finding how you are processing currently allows you to accept the way things are happening in life right now. If we understand we are a physical processor and have been thinking way too much, than getting sick is the way your body is telling you to take a break. When we can become balanced we can recognize when we are heading toward problems and bring ourselves back to balance before the illness.
Even each year can bring more mind/body/emotions/spirit energy to aid in your process. For 2011 we are in a physical/body energy year meaning each of you will have more changes with your health, body image and how you interact with life. For those that process more through the body then the other areas this can mean more intenseness with your processing. For those that are out-of-balance with their body a physical year can bring though large body lessons, sudden illness, and surprise injuries. Even if you are balanced you may still gain a bump or two because this is how you process life. And remember life includes not just lessons and events, but also new energy coming onto Mother Earth. You have no control over these new energies integrating onto your planet, and if you are a physical processor then a car accident or flu bug might be just how your body needs to change.
Be gentle with yourselves! Processing is natural and part of life. It’s when we get overly zealous in our processing we can cause problems.
Remember my loves balance is always best. So go process in your unique way and appreciate the tears or to-do lists of someone else.

Happy Mother's Day! It's been an interesting month with crazy weather, crazy people, and crazy energy.
If you are anxious to move but too tired to do anything you are not alone. This is a wonderful time to re-define.
As you sit on the couch drooling think of what serves you and what needs to be released. Make a list of items for a garage sale.
Or reach out and connect to a friend or family member. Divine does have a plan and when we allow it to happen amazing things can begin.

Hello my beloved children, today is your day to play, sing and experience all of creation.
But often I see you hestitate, hold yourself back and not feel included in life.
When you were young you'd look back to your parents to see if you had permission to join in the fun.
With a encouraging smile you sang your first song on stage, made your own lunch and became the adult you are now.
So when life is changing fast and you feel uncertain what your next step is in life, it is only natural you'd look back over
your shoulder for that permission, acceptance and encouragement. It may not be available as it was when you were little,
but Divine is always here watching over you and we always give you permission to live life.
Blessings to you! As you read these words know you are not only hearing permission from Divine, but also the Divine within you.

My Dear Children, Today I give you permission:
I give you permission to live your dreams.
I give you permission to say no.
I give you permission to love without boundaries.
I give you permission to be free.
I give you permission to let go of all your fear.
I give you permission to be silly and laugh loudly.
I give you permission to take time for just yourself.
I give you permission to take a nap.
I give you permission to eat what feels good and what is good to eat.
I give you permission to be abundant.
I give you permission to say no.
I give you permission to seek your fortune in life.
I give you permission to buy those things that the spirit craves.
I give you permission to share your soul to another.
I give you permission to be silent with your treasures.
I give you permission to celebrate the Divine in your own fashion.
I give you permission to choose the best care for your body.
I give you permission to marry the person who makes your heart sing.
I give you permission to be angry.
I give you permission to be sad.

I give you permission to love yourself.
I give you permission to sing out loud.
I give you permission to love your body.
I give you permission to do what others would think impossible.
I give you permission to be just you.
I give you permission to be loved.

Spring? Snow, hail, thunder and rain with a little sun too. Crazy weather, but with flowers and the return of the local deer to munch on my flowers
it is definitely springtime here in the Northwest. All of Mother’s messages of spring and manifesting are reminding me to get outside to garden.
I’ve been cleaning more and release around the home. My time reflecting on myself and life around me has been really helpful.
Sometimes when we manifest so quickly we get overwhelmed or forget why we wanted all the change in the first place.
Looking back over my growth and lessons has been humbling and renewing at the same time. I look forward to Divine Mother’s homework this month,
because I’m ready to manifest the next step!
Namaste' Raven Many Voices |
Hello my dear children, On this day I'd like to talk of how we manifest our desires in our world around us. Now more then ever has the desires of the heart played out in life so quickly. This need of fast manifestation is wondrous! A prayer or desire from the heart is instantly placed in front of you, with pure intention one's energy is directed to the purpose one follows.
When we are in unconsciousness or resistance this slows the energy of manifesting. One must be in a place of trust to allow for change. It is just like a child who wants a broken toy fixed by the parent but unwilling to let go. With tears in their eyes they cry for their teddy bear's eye to be sewn back on, back too afraid to let go. So too you request for change but unwilling to let it go to Divine. We are ever patient as you request again and again, but now we ask you all to let go and allow for whatever form we bring you this prayer in.
Manifesting has two parts: the giving of the intention (prayer) and the receiving of the energy (allowing). The prayer is a focusing and understanding in what you want to manifest. It is allowing a time to become clear and centered with what desires are in the heart. Once you become focused in your desire (change) you then give us this desire to manifest.
The second part of manifesting your desires is to receive and allow it to flow into your life. Once you have attended the feelings and desires of this shift you then let it flow from you into the universe. It is in this matter that manifesting occurs as energy is blended to produce this new experience. As these energies blend they form a new experience not exactly as you may have pictured it. Allowing yourself to receive moves the energy into your life quicker and without resistance.
I would like each of you to pick one thing in your life you'd like to change or manifest now. Be very focused in what you want. Write exactly your
desires and purpose for this change. You'll then pray for this change everyday in the morning with a few words and then let it go to be played out
within the day. Be observant but not forceful for this change. Do not be surprised if it is answered within a days time. Above all please be patient
with yourself if you reach a place of resistance as this exercise will help you to reveal fear. And my beloveds have fun with your manifesting.
Each of you hold the power of creation. It is now time to use it more effectively.

Welcome Spring! I love this time of year for weather, it’s so unpredictable. Don’t like the weather? Just wait 5 minutes and it will change to snow, hail, sun,
rain or maybe a little bit of everything. Much like the wacky weather (it’s hailing and sunny while I write this) the current energy on the planet is changing and shifting rapidly.
Old aliments of the body long thought healed have been flaring up for many of us, along with strong emotions and general funkiness. Sound familiar?
Mother Mary and the guides remind us what we focus on we create, so check in with yourself to see what you are focused on right now.
Choose to focus on love instead of pain, sorrow and anxiousness. Because your current state of being will probably change with the weather in the next 5 minutes.
Stay grounded and keep breathing! Spring always brings new life and new excitement, and we’re all ready for fun.

How do I know what to release? By taking time to know who you are in this moment you can better decide what project would be the best. We need to return to our center (heart) daily to see how we are feeling, what concerns you have, and lessons we are completing, this state of being changes daily. When we agree to do something, let’s say make a cake, in that moment of agreement we are open to the idea, feel good, and have a sense of confidence we can create this masterpiece of cake delight. Three days later when you are to make this cake your inner world has changed, you now have the stomach flu, have not been to the store for ingredients, and the idea of food just makes you re visit the room you spent most of the night in. Needless to say you will have to change your agreement to make the cake to a store bought one instead. When we are present with what life is presenting us it is easy to know what is best in that moment. If we are sick, then we know the cake project will need to change or be released back to the one who asked for it to find someone else to create it.
When we involve our emotions into what we should do we become confused and anxious, making a clear decision becomes difficult. If we are sick, we should rest and change any plans already made. Sounds simple, and it’s what we should do. Now when we begin to feel guilty about letting down the person who wanted the cake we mix in confusing energies. The cake becomes less about the joy of cooking; instead it’s a testament to your will power to stand up right and not add extra ingredients to the bowl. You push yourself into doing something you are not 100% committed to and feel less satisfied with the end result. That night when you present your cake you make excuses of its less then prefect state and sit yourself in the corner turning every shade of green. Because of your experience next time you are offered to create a cake you remember the disappointment and reaction of others, creating confusion and dread to bake again. Repeating this cycle of confusion, in-decision, forced creation and lack of interest in outcome creates a rut many of us get stuck in. Instead of being excited about life and new opportunities we choose to continue old patterns, avoid new experiences, or just complain about how difficult life is.
Where to start pruning? If we check in with our selves daily we can know what is prefect that daily to work on. We can also re-assess what we have as responsibilities and see if they have changed. Often something we thought was a good idea, or had time for, has changed due to the changing flow of life. We need to understand it is fine to re-negotiate with people and life when you need to change something. You thought you could work and volunteer daily at the local library, but your work schedule changed and you cannot be there every day, then you ask yourself should I only volunteer on the weekends or can it wait until later? When we prune projects and commits we need to assess if they can change or if it’s something that needs to wait for a better time. Often what we are forced to put aside are the things we are not in control of and fall into Divine planning of life. We are not being punished, or less then, when we need to wait to complete something, it just means there is a better way and a better timing to complete it.
So my loves, get out those pruning shears and start trimming away what needs to released or changed. With each responsibility trimmed back to only what you need to do in the moment
it will create large amounts of energy and passion to create what you desire easily. Now you’ll have time to focus on your goals and dreams. And when you do commit to a project it
will be the most amazing experience and a piece of cake everyone will talk about forever.

Energy is flowing all around you. To feel it is simple to do, we often do an exchange of energy daily with all we come in connect with during our daily life. The tree sends you energy, sound and smell and you in-turn send love, acknowledgement and gratitude back. We send and receive energy constantly to everything around else but we don’t hold on to it. We play catch, much like playing baseball and passing the ball back and forth to Divine. Divine gives us an experience (energy) and we receive it to hold. Once we are done we throw it back to God opening our arms to receive the next ball of experience. If we catch a ball and do not let go our arms are full and Divine cannot throw us another ball. This simple explanation of energy is how most energy/experiences manifest in your daily life. When we feel stuck we need to look at what we are holding onto and need to release to Divine. Sounds simple, right? It is my loves, but we choose to hold onto experience for fear of loss, regret, punishment, and pride. Even if we fight coming to completion with whatever experience we are enjoying we naturally release that ball to receive another.
How do we know if we are holding onto someone else’s energy? When we choose to take a ball of energy from another we are now playing catch with someone else and their life. They have their own timing, their own lessons and their own responsibilities. By taking on the energy of another it disrupts our game with Divine. This energy feels heavy; emotions flare up because your soul is trying to figure out who to believe (your energy or this other energy) and you become confused to what door of opportunity to walk through. We have our own responsibilities to do, but with these extra burdens we have no energy and find ourselves distracted. We become so frustrated we overlook where the root of this energy came from and instead promote self criticism. If Divine gave you yourself, then you are responsible for yourself.
By focusing on our own energy and responsibilities we become centered, open and compassionate. We do not care less for others around us, we become so confidant in self we freely love and experience life around us without fear. You understand others’ experiences are for them to have and to grow from; taking that away would only hurt them more. With fewer distractions we now flow into the next opportunity with enthusiasm.
So how do we set a boundary not to take on others energy and responsibilities? Practice my loves. By checking in with yourself daily you begin to know your own energy, thoughts and feelings. This way when you are upset or something changes you can notice quickly and release what may or may not be yours. Setting a boundary with your energy is easy; keeping it in place will be by strengthening your intention. For some of you once you set your mind to something it is permanent; to others it may be a process of repeating a mantra until you believe it. Either way having a simple mantra to focus your energy and release what is not your energy is a powerful yet simple exercise. Try this mantra...
What is mine is mine
What yours is yours
And what is between us is God
You can just image a white fence between you and whoever you are talking with. You can listen to their stories, send them loving encouragement, and share their tears;
but their energy stays on their side of the fence. Now you can leave a conversation without feeling you carried away all their heavy burdens to add to your to-do list.
Enjoy this exercise my loves, you will find it freeing as you discover how much more energy you have when you release others to love themselves.

Welcome to 2011! This new energy we’re all feeling is like being 9 months pregnant and anxious to meet the new baby (and be done with the swollen feet).
So if you are feeling restless, tried, emotional and impatient you are not alone. This month is for rest, integration from what we learn last year,
and preparation for the next leap. I should say hop! With next months’ Chinese New Year of the Rabbit and the new energy arriving we can expect new
changes, new projects, and new opportunities to come available in February. If you have been working on that book, trying to change your job or just ready
to get out in the world and roar your time is almost here. So rest while you can, this year promises to be filled with energy, community,
change and manifesting our dreams.

We have all heard to be the change we want to see in the world. For many the word change is a struggle and resisting change becomes a pattern. What if we change the word ‘change’ into ‘miracles’? Now energy of change we fought against becomes a welcomed energy of the unexpected into our lives. Miracles happen every day. When a stranger picks up a wallet and returns it to the mother who left it behind at the checkout counter – this is a miracle. A tree that falls onto the hill instead of the house in a bad storm is a miracle. Or even a depressed clerk at the store who was thinking of ending her life until you came in that day to smile and remind her there’s compassion in this world worth living for. All these are miracles and happen every day around us.
Miracles defy the definition you have given them. “A miracle is an unexpected event attributed to divine intervention”. If we see miracles happen every day then this once in a life time event now is commonplace. To understand miracles is to include the part we have over looked – ourselves. We are the messengers of Divine and become a positive conduit of Divine to deliver these miracles onto the planet. We become the change we desire in the world around us. To see miracles is to appreciate how important you are in your community. Your support of a local farmer allows them to continue to grow those peaches you love. The farmer’s fields and land support the animals and trees that live there, and those beings connect to the strength of the whole ecosystem. We are all interconnected. When we give from our heart we change and uplift the whole system. This change, no matter what size, has dramatic effects which we see as miracles.
What can I do Mother Mary? Be the Miracle! Do not under estimate your power of love and compassion. Instead of sitting on the side lines of life, be involved. Speak up for the change you desire in your government, schools, neighborhood or family. Speaking your truth is a miracle to those who have prayed for someone to bring a change in thinking. Don’t just see the trash on the ground and wish others would stop, pick up the trash knowing you are changing the whole system with just your one miracle. If today all you can do is share your love with a stranger with a smile, then you have changed the world. Because your smile may have been that clerk who would have ended their life before receiving the miracle they needed.
Such miracles great and small are changing the world into what we have all been dreaming, feeling and knowing. A place where miracles are commonplace,
compassion is the ruling law and our community is the loving support that helps us flourish. This is not future, but now my loves.
Be Here
Be Now
Be Love
Blessings upon you and all the miracles you will create today.
