Agates are a common stone beneath our feet when we walk high in the mountains or along the wind swept beaches. Agates come in a rainbow of colors which leads to there multiple energetic uses. The common brown and wine agates are often used for strength, grounding, and growing. Green agates are especially useful in gardening and promoting good plant growth. Blue and purple Agates bring soothing emotions, thoughts, and healing to the voice. Blue Lace Agate is wonderful in helping you to speak the truth, even if you don't want to. Yellow and clear agates help with clear thinking and creative forces within our lives. So take the time this August and collect some Agates from the Mountain Streams or Ocean Beaches and see what color will find you.

Citrine is a wonderful stone to carry during the winter months to brighten your day and bring warmth to your heart. Citrine is found in the Quartz clan of stones along with Amethyst. An easy stone to find in any store and simple to use. Citrine vibrates with such an intense sun energy that it can self heal. Meaning you do not need to cleanse this stone often. Highly valued for it's healing abilities to illuminate hidden illness and heal the body it is often worn around the neck in a pendent style necklace. Iolite, also known as water sapphire, is a wonderful stone to help open your 3rd eye. Larimar is a blue gem stone, a variant of pectolite, found only in the Dominican Republic.
